Clean store, friendly staff, and nice merchandise. Bridget was kind enough to help me find the perfect kanken bag! I love my kanken. Was also pleased to discover that fjallraven is slang for arctic fox. Very cool!

Tiny cramped little box. Way too many employees, don't even carry a wide variety of the stuff you would want. Waste of space and resources

I had a great experience at this location! Tati was very helpful, answered all my questions, and she just took her time to really help me decide on which items to purchase! I highly recommend this location and will definitely go back!

Great experience shopping here! The store itself was really clean and organized. Got what I needed with the help of Tati! She was so friendly and helpful—definitely went above and beyond for me. Will be visiting again soon!

Pretty good, exactly what you would expect. I knocked a star off because I ordered something and had it delivered to the store. They had it for over a week without telling me. When I finally called to ask about it, all I got was sort of an "aw shucks." Stuff happens, no big deal. I'd still use them again if it was the most convenient option.

This store went above and beyond for an issue that was completely my bad with a wrong size outside of a return window. 11/10 customer service and the nicest employees.

Amazing shop with a large choice of products. Went to buy a new kanken cause mine was damaged. They repaired it for free and helped to select (and buy) a new one ! Team is very kind !! Michael

Always great! I'm always impressed of how they can hire great people ., everibody is always on a great mood and with the will of help ,clear doubts and help you to really walk away with the best choice .There is no doubt about the quality ,the standard is really hight .Walked in for info about a backpack....walked out with a new shirt and a new pair of pants ?

Ashley was very helpful. Fiancée and I made an in-store purchase as well as an online order that we shipped to the store. Ashley checked the inventory for us when we could not find what we were looking for in the store and allowed us to take a look at the bag and try it on to make sure it fit well. This location has earned two lifetime customers!

Fashionable backpacks with a lot of storage but doesnt have many compartments for smaller objects. They also have lots of hiking gear also but cant say much about since I dont hike.
