Walked in today to do a wire transfer. Was told to wait in a seat. Realized after 5 minutes that 3 of the 4 tellers were watching a training video and said that they would be with me in about 10 minutes after the video was over. Will be moving my money after 15 years.

The bank gets 1 star for being in a beautiful building. Twice, on Saturdays, when the bank is open until noon and when it is clearly a high-demand day for in-person banking, I was refused service after standing in line for at least 15 minutes. They simply don't staff this location sufficiently well to allow all customers to do their banking on a Saturday morning. I can't imagine standing in a line at another bank for this long, and was shocked to be told they couldn't take care of my transaction because they were closing. So I opted for a less complicated transaction by closing my account on the spot.

1. Tried to open a checking account online. Didn't work. Made an appointment to go in person.2. Was the ONLY person in the bank, but still took 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for someone to help me. Finally got my checking account opened after getting the teller to confirm and correct some misinformation she gave me.3. Transferred $5K from BoA to meet average daily balance requirement.4. Old National stopped the transfer and froze my account.5. The teller called me to ask me a serious of questions. Did I make a transfer? How much was it? Can I prove this was my account? Very odd considering this is how the new scams work.7. Account was still closed for fraud even after I went back to the bank in person and told the teller that both accounts were mine.8. This bank is incompetent and is eventually going to fail and get bought by another bank. I wouldn't put your money here.

I have a huge amount of anxiety around banking and finances, but Nancy T at this branch is the friendliest, most reassuring banking professional I have ever worked with. She is gracious, courteous, and incredibly helpful to everyone!! This is not the Old National that's closest to my home, but it's always worth the drive to be helped by the exceptional staff at this location. Thank you!!

I had always thought of them as my neighborhood bank, mostly because they are the closest bank to where I live. I had been coming in for some time, mostly to get quarters for laundry, occasionally for other things. The staff has been kind and accommodating. Today, an older lady told me I could no longer come in as I don't have an open account with them and that every time they had assisted me in the past had been a mistake. I suppose they don't want to be helpful to their community ?

Our company's manager came here at 12:57 p.m. on a Saturday to get a debit card that they keep trying to avoid issuing him, and they literally electronically locked the door when they saw him, a Black man. That's just a fact. You can interpret that as you see fit. He was not allowed in the bank. Despite listing themselves as being open until 1:00 p.m., they "close early for lock-up procedures." Expect incompetence if you plan on banking here.

Closed downtown and Chicago Ave. branches, making it VERY inconvenient to the hindreds of customers who opened accounts and used those branches, ESPECIALLY the Chicago ave. branch. People have to travel FAR AWAY from central Chicago and business district to do their banking. Bad decision. Chase and PNC branches in area are more than ready to get those customers

Poor costumer service, personal bankers barely try to help the customer, very ehhh. I do not recommend this branch, a waste of time, go across the street to Citibank. The lack of willingness to help is just sad.Do not go here!
