This location is completely unorganized. I have been with old national for multiple years and through multiple name changes . I never visit this location for one reason and one reason only.. lack of acknowledgement to their customers . I was in the area today and arrived around 10am. There was only one banker taking people, I was the only person in the waiting room aside from the person being assisted. About 20 minutes after myself two more people arrived . The banker finished with her client and did not take anyone else. Another banker came from behind the counter and called in the woman who arrived after me. When I vocalized that I was next she told the woman to go online gave her instructions and then proceeded to do other things without calling me back . That always completely unprofessional and a lack of consideration for their customers . They need to do better to represent this organization truly !

Went to the bank during my lunch hour to get a new card. I was the only one in the lobby. There were 2 tellers and one person that was at a desk to assist me. I waited over 10 minutes and still wasn't even acknowledged. I spoke to an employee that was wandering around the lobby on her lunch break which she kept reminding me of. I asked her if she could ask the employee at the desk how long it would be before I was assisted and all they could both say was a few minutes. I was told that there was an email that couldn't wait to be replied to before I was assisted. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with at this bank. Horrible experience. Needless to say I had to leave before I was attended to. I mean how do you not take care of the customers that are in the bank first? Ignorant, incompetent employees.

They are very helpful. I opened up a business checking account and they took the time to make sure everything was perfect.

Setting In the car and the security guard approached me asked me was I a customer at the bank? The parking lots connected to Walgreens sitting in her car? The security officer of approach me was it racial profile.?

The worst bank in the word. They decline my request to get cash (1000$) from my debit card - visa platinum !!!!! Because I don’t have Illinois ID!!!!! My driver license from Washington!!!!!!! Are u seriously !!!!! Am I in North Korea or in US ???? Incredible that it’s happened in Chicago !!!!!

This bank won't answer the phone at all. Been waiting to talk to someone all week and I'll be on hold for over 3 hours 5 days in a row with no answer. Unacceptable.

Very bad phone customer service. I waited over 2 and a half hours was transferred 3 times and no one was able to help me. Told me to go in person to a branch and hung up on me. I will go to close my accounts.
