WARNING! By far the worst title company I've ever worked with. They expect you to do their work for them and keep making excuses why they can't get it done, asking for last minute original documents to be overnite mailed to them when everyone else only requires an emailed copy.

These guys are great, they really have a lot of patience and deal with a lot.They are so nice when people post negative reviews about the wrong company. It’s because people Google “First Chicago Insurance Company” and these guys are the first ones that pop up.That’s where the bad reviews are coming from but these guys have their office in Chicago and FCIC is in the Bedford Park suburb. Quality folks!

Even if you are dirt poor, do NOT get insurance. Borrow money and get a different cheap insurance before you get this insurance. I was in an accident 2 months ago and the adjuster still hasn’t come out to even LOOK at my car that I have been paying car payments on to sit in my driveway because it is un-drivable. I have emailed my appointed representative multiple times over the last few months which I’ve gotten ONE reply 1 month ago. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GET FIRST CHICAGO INSURANCE.

I take my star back I've had a claim for almost 3 months they called telling me what the claim was gonna pay out.. I had questions for another department about my perimuim I had been paying since the aim was in. I've been calling for a week now to speak back to my adjuster or supervisor no answer. This company has costed me more then the claim was worth. This company should only be used if u have money to throw away. They only in business to collect your money and make a payment check not to really help the community. My adjuster sounded like he's on drugs I asked do you work from.

Monique Wyberski is by far the most unprofessional and unhelpful claims adjuster I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No contact about any claims unless you reach out to her and then refuses to take any accountability for it! Even went so far as saying "we can delay your claim even further, how about that?" Truly a horrible experience and a horrible employee

This company is garbage. My son was in an accident, with a driver who was insured by this shell company, and they are horrible to deal with. If you’re thinking about getting insured by this company, I’d reconsider. Cannot believe they’re in business

Dealing with this insurance company will shorten your lifespan. I’ve spent over 24 hours this week on hold to get a claim filed. Had to file with the Indiana Department of Insurance to even get a response and even then they are worthless. Basically just take your money and then never answer a phone call or email. It’s actually wild to me that companies like this can even exist. Absolute scam.

This by far is the worst insurance company I have ever been with. I was involved in a hit and run and no one from the insurance agency ever reaches out. My claims adjuster Espinoza does not follow up at all. My claim has been under manager review for 2 1/2 weeks, after I was told I do not have certain amenities within my policy. Very disappointing. When I was asked to upload documents, it took me less than 10 minutes to upload but it has taken the actual company over a month to let me know when I can take my vehicle to a collision shop which means I also won’t have a vehicle anytime soon because they have to fix it. 5 kids in the house and school just started for them. I do not recommend for Chicago .

I have been insured with this company for about 6 months… I had an accident and I have had nothing but a horrible experience since!!! They are trying to say I committed fraud when I signed up for my policy. They saying I didn’t put my daughter who is over 18 on my policy. When I was asked if there was any other drivers in my home the answer was no I’m the only driver. My daughter doesn’t even know how to drive. They haven’t gotten back to me and it’s been over a month and a half since my accident. I been calling and all I keep getting is that the manager has to review this and that. They are very unprofessional. And I meant my claim resolved ASAP I been waiting to long!!!

Was involved in a multi vehicle accident with one of their policy holders and was advised no one would be paid out until all claimants submitted estimates for damages. Some claimants ended up using either own insurance and it could take months for other parties to subrogation against First American. Adjuster advised if it take 1 year we wont see a penny until then. Totally unacceptable

I’m not even giving this company one star they are minus 10 stars they are the worse in history this company is just horrible horrible horrible horrible my truck got hit by a uninsured 2023 vehicle (HOW)??? In the state of Illinois But anyway May 13 2023 & it’s almost August 13 2023 three months no one has contacted me everybody I speak to is very unprofessional and they’re steady taking my money out of my account I could’ve got my own vehicle fixed with the money that I’ve been paying every month and then the state of Illinois has the nerve to tell you, you need insurance to operate in the state of Illinois when this insurance company is horrible they need to go out of business they need to take First Chicago company out of business it is horrible????? I do NOT recommend‼️
