Placed an online order for pick-up. Order was cancelled prior to arrival at the store. Arrived at the store and after looking around for ~15 minutes for one the several unoccupied store associates that seemed more interested in avoiding customers than doing their jobs, asked about the shoe I had ordered and if they had any in stock and that my order was cancelled.Was cut-off before I could even finish and told by the associate that they "didn't have it in stock". After asking to see if they actually didn't, she came back out with an annoyed and sarcastic tone with the shoes I had ordered saying "they actually just came in..."Imagine being paid to be lazy...

Bad customer service didn’t assist me the correct way . I asked for a size I got a straight “no we don’t have it” I asked another employee and they just walked away and came back with the shoe . Very disappointed.

The finish line in rosemont was very unprofessional and rude. The manager on shift December 22nd around 8:00 was very rude when we talked to her she looked so annoyed felt like she didn't want to help us. We asked why was it a line and the gentleman at the door said because black people steal. There was only one line open which we had to wait another 30 minutes tocheck out while the same managerWalk around doing nothing

Went in to purchase a new pair of reebok classics, I waited 20min for someones help to get my size so I could grab them, purchase them, and go.. I was under the impression I would be in and out, but up until I finally approached an employee who was walking past, asking him if I could get them at a size 12.. employee responded in a stressful manner, "Gimme one sec, gimme one second," in an irritable tone. then walked away. I waited another 15 minutes, assuming I'd get the shoes I asked for, instead I see the employee (Hispanic, "Edgard haircut", Tattoo along the side of his neck) approaching other customers for help. I'm not sorry to say but I will no longer or ever do business at this location..

Rudest location I’ve ever visited. I waited in line for a return and after employee finished ringing customer in front of me he proceeded to turn his back towards me and lace shoes as if I wasn’t waiting next. Another employee had to alert him even though he saw me waiting before he turned his back. Spoke with female mgr 0351208 which she displayed a very rude and curt demeanor. No one was on floor to help get shoe sizes. Once I approached the same mgr that was on the floor talking with another employee about a size she very quickly stated they only had one size without me even being able to tell her what size I needed. The worst and very unfriendly location.

If I could give this store zero stars then I would. Every employee that worked 6/25/23 on the pm shift needs to be terminated. Horrible shift manager and customer service. Check out line 15 - 20 min wait with one cashier and several other employees putting up shirts on shelves and going in and out their staff area behind closed doors, Manager Ashley went back and forth with my husband for 8 mins on why she wasn't going to open up another register but then decided to when things started to escalate between my husband and their unprofessional combative aggressive rude employee who tried to raise his voice at me during the situation. Never again will I step foot in that store. Numerous employees were walking around as if they didn't want to bothered. Telling my husband that the shoe he wanted to try on was barely in stock and that his size probably wasn't there, She then proceeded to end the conversation without even checking if they actually had his size. I had to ask her to check to make sure if his size wasn't in stock and it actually was. I am totally disgusted on how they treat their customers. Don't waste you time or your hard earned money. You've been warned!

They should send Ashley the manager at this location, to a whole bunch of customer service courses before leaving her as a floor manager… worse customer service ever. Employees and manager are too busy chatting instead of helping customers. Horrible customer service. STAT AWAY

Manager Ashly worse than the employees supposedly you can try one shoe at a time. On top of all that super rude employees I told her ill pay for the shoes what does it look like iama run away with it? Instead of trying to help they stood there chit chatting as if dont exist

The workers LIE about the products that they have in stock. I went in asked if they had a shoe in stock, she answered rudely no. I later call and asked because someone i knew went in for the same pair and they said they did have it in stock.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is what happens when you pay shoes online (Finish Line) to be overnight. Horrible customer service support. 1 shoe is 4y 2nd shoe is 5y. What’s going on with people nowdays. So rude and disrespectful.
