I purchased shoes for my husband for his birthday. They weren’t a good fit. I went into the Rosemont store in the Fashion Outlets Mall today to make a return. I was not kindly greeted. The person at the counter was a rude, condescending, disrespectful, and very unprofessional female who refused the return. I asked to see a manager. She snidely replied, “I am the manager”. As I was leaving the store, obviously unsatisfied and irritated with the way I was treated, she chided me saying “Goodbye, Have a great day”. I will never shop this store again. I took the shoes to another Finish Line where I was kindly greeted, treated with respect, and was provided an effortless return. They asked if I wanted cash or a refund to my credit card. I was thanked for my patronage.
The manager of the Rosemont Fashion Outlets has no customer service skills and has no business as a manager, let alone working as a retail associate. Finish Line would be wise to make changes in the management of this location to protect its financial interests, to better train employees in professional etiquette, customer service skills, and how to treat others with dignity and respect.

MANAGEMENT…. You need to fire this staff immediately. By the looks of all the reviews customers are all having the same issue with staff
First they tell me they have the size
They take their time getting the shoes from the back
Then they threaten me with closing the registers
And when 7:00 hits they tell me they kick us out and tell us the size is no longer available
Theyre so thirsty to go home
They just left their customers waiting

I won’t be the first and from the looks of these comments I won’t be the last. The manager ASHLEY is rude and looks like she’s there just to get a check. Like giving customer service is not in her job description! Imaging coming to a shoes store asking questions about a shoe and she gives you the look like you are bothering her and “why are you asking her stupid questions”. Nike was 10x busier but everyone there was helpful and then come here and people standing around. She was also definitely rude to this older lady that asked for her help and she brushed the old lady off to the next register while she stood there to continue to do nothing. She had a face the whole time she was there and was not friendly or approachable. Would recommend to go elsewhere for your shoe shopping!

I went there last weekend for vacation , shopping bought Nike Jordan, but they give me both shoes same left side , the girl at counter service didn’t check be for give it to me , she not smile not said thanks you , just put shoes in the bag put in front of count ,doe care how customers feel ,

I wanted to buy my daughter shoes. The service was very rude and one of the women did not want to give me my size. When she brought the wrong size, she was outraged and did not want to exchange it. When I said that I would only take one pair of shoes because the others were from the exhibition and one was yellow, she completely ignored me. when I went to the cash register, she was talking to someone she knew, she didn't feel like coming over, I had to wait a few minutes, when she decided to serve me, I asked if she had given me a good pink color - she said brazenly, brown. I left my shoes and left the store

I was very disappointed with service I got there, I wanted go back and return my purchase but only just because of my son( he liked shoes)I had to forgot that bad experience which I had there with my kids. Girl her name is chelsy ( i don’t know how to spell correctly)was very rude. I felt like I was getting my shoes for free. I asked her to call someone else, because she is super rude, her manager came. I explained her what happened, but she totally ignored. She didn’t say anything, it is like she did not hear me at all. It is disrespect, Maybe if I was someone else they would act differently but I am hijabi muslim women, and I think they decide they can go without apologising me. We had to go home right after that because our mood was ruined and my daughter’ s hands were shaking after that. I would not refer anyone go there

Horrible horrible experience. The white guy with the mid part hair was walking around staring at female customers, also had a horrible sense of hygiene; could hardly breathe. Staff need more training.

Placed an online order for pick-up. Order was cancelled prior to arrival at the store. Arrived at the store and after looking around for ~15 minutes for one the several unoccupied store associates that seemed more interested in avoiding customers than doing their jobs, asked about the shoe I had ordered and if they had any in stock and that my order was cancelled.Was cut-off before I could even finish and told by the associate that they "didn't have it in stock". After asking to see if they actually didn't, she came back out with an annoyed and sarcastic tone with the shoes I had ordered saying "they actually just came in..."Imagine being paid to be lazy...

Bad customer service didn’t assist me the correct way . I asked for a size I got a straight “no we don’t have it” I asked another employee and they just walked away and came back with the shoe . Very disappointed.

The finish line in rosemont was very unprofessional and rude. The manager on shift December 22nd around 8:00 was very rude when we talked to her she looked so annoyed felt like she didn't want to help us. We asked why was it a line and the gentleman at the door said because black people steal. There was only one line open which we had to wait another 30 minutes tocheck out while the same managerWalk around doing nothing
