I purchased 4 pairs if shoes online, and received one of the shoes in the wrong style. I called Finish Line located in Rosemont to confirm that I can return it, and that they had the right size in stock. I was informed that they did have the right size and would be able to complete return. After waiting for 20 minutes since they only had one cashier. I was informed by a women supervisor that per the direction of her district supervisor items could not be returned to the store. The women supervisor didn't take ownership nor did she apologize for failing to provide accurate information to her employees. I called Finish Line customer support to be informed that the store should of taken the return and given the exchange.

worst experience ever!!!! The red hair girls is so rude. Act like they don’t want help you at all. The guy just let people cut the line even I am the next one. Won’t go there ever again!

Came here to buy a pair of shoes. Had to ask 3 different employees to be able to get the pair i wanted out. First asked a male employee which said he couldnt scan the kids sections products so i found another employee which was a long red haired woman who we asked, went to the back took a good 5 minutes and afterwards she came back out with nothing in hand and completely ignored us and went to walk around acting like she was busy. Store is a nightmare just trying to get help. Which it wasnt until the damn 3rd employee finally did her job went to the back and found the size for me. Staff is rude as the red highlights lady never got the item we asked for and would stare at us, which she should be fired as she cant even do a simple job. Please dont come here and instead order online elsewhere unless you plan on wasting almost a whole hour just waiting for help.

The customer service is awful; I literally had to beg to get someone to help spend $120.00 on a pair of shoes… never again. I will always buy on line!!!

The females at this location are lazy, absolutely lazy. The men are trying their best, but unfortunately you'll be waiting a long time to make a purchase from this place.

Bought this bottle specifically because I was looking for something to clean my suede shoes and I want one to clean my regular shoes as well. so a younger lady working there recommended I bought this and put away what I had in my hand because I didn’t need to buy two separate ones. Specifically says on the bottom, not to use suede shoes. I can’t believe there’s a lot of young kids working in their that don’t know anything They just feed you what you want to hear.

I purchased shoes for my husband for his birthday. They weren’t a good fit. I went into the Rosemont store in the Fashion Outlets Mall today to make a return. I was not kindly greeted. The person at the counter was a rude, condescending, disrespectful, and very unprofessional female who refused the return. I asked to see a manager. She snidely replied, “I am the manager”. As I was leaving the store, obviously unsatisfied and irritated with the way I was treated, she chided me saying “Goodbye, Have a great day”. I will never shop this store again. I took the shoes to another Finish Line where I was kindly greeted, treated with respect, and was provided an effortless return. They asked if I wanted cash or a refund to my credit card. I was thanked for my patronage.
The manager of the Rosemont Fashion Outlets has no customer service skills and has no business as a manager, let alone working as a retail associate. Finish Line would be wise to make changes in the management of this location to protect its financial interests, to better train employees in professional etiquette, customer service skills, and how to treat others with dignity and respect.

MANAGEMENT…. You need to fire this staff immediately. By the looks of all the reviews customers are all having the same issue with staff
First they tell me they have the size
They take their time getting the shoes from the back
Then they threaten me with closing the registers
And when 7:00 hits they tell me they kick us out and tell us the size is no longer available
Theyre so thirsty to go home
They just left their customers waiting

I won’t be the first and from the looks of these comments I won’t be the last. The manager ASHLEY is rude and looks like she’s there just to get a check. Like giving customer service is not in her job description! Imaging coming to a shoes store asking questions about a shoe and she gives you the look like you are bothering her and “why are you asking her stupid questions”. Nike was 10x busier but everyone there was helpful and then come here and people standing around. She was also definitely rude to this older lady that asked for her help and she brushed the old lady off to the next register while she stood there to continue to do nothing. She had a face the whole time she was there and was not friendly or approachable. Would recommend to go elsewhere for your shoe shopping!

I went there last weekend for vacation , shopping bought Nike Jordan, but they give me both shoes same left side , the girl at counter service didn’t check be for give it to me , she not smile not said thanks you , just put shoes in the bag put in front of count ,doe care how customers feel ,
