The claims process at Figo Pet Insurance is the best process I’ve experienced. I received my reimbursement less than 48 hours after submission. My prior pet insurance company took over 6 weeks. Thank you Figo for your quick claim process it definitely is helpful

This was my first claim with Figo, I had just insured my pet beginning of June, It was a smooth transaction, it was approved, but I am waiting on the check, once I do, I believe I will keep this insurance. Update, I received the reimbursement payments, so I do love Figo, it was a smooth claim transaction!
