One of the best location. I work 6 days and sometimes even 7 days today I walk in to cicero and 25st location they where not able to help and staff where not friendly at all like if they dont want to be there. so I decided to go 26st location as soon I walk in they welcome me and made time to open my 13year account. I really do recommend this location also if you need a speaking Spanish help. Miriam vega-Guzman was so friendly and helpful and also explain step by step my daughter how login in to account and everything else.

They are really bad at answering the phone you can call with an urgent question 10 times in a row and they never answer

Only go to this branch because of Gloria . She’s the best a true professional that treats every customer like family. Going to the bank isn’t usually a positive experience but this branch is different .

On 01 April I wrote check for $43.00 to pay in full my Shop and Save credit card. On 05 April fifth third converted the check into an electronic payment . I don't bank here anymore after a manager didn't like that I brought my dog with me to do my banking so I keep a minimun balance in my personal account. On Friday evening I get a call to contact the bank. As I was out of town I waited till Monday to find out what it's about. Over the weekend I get a call on Sunday to contact the bank and again at 8am on Monday. seems they over drafted me and charged a$37.00 overdraft fee. Thenext day they charged my account $7.00 for some kind of protection. since I was already overdrawn they charged me another $37.00 overdraft fee. I went to the bank on Monday to see what the problem was and found out these facts, I deposited $120.00 to cover this and asked to reverse the overdrafts, they refused.I went to the bank that I drew the check on and found out that the monies were taken on the fifth.I wasted 3 hours and time from work to try to correct this and was told to come back on Tuesday to see the branch manager. (more lost time from work). This is really not my fault and expected to be compensated for my lost time .

This bank has been amazing to people and me the person who have it 1 start is not very smart, probably got a complain and just said what ever because If I am not mistaken they pretty much do everything she says.

If I could I would give no stars. On 3 different occasions the manager whom happens to be a African American male. Deliberately stagnated my banking transactions by not handling things professionally. Each time stating that he could not find my account. Typing in the wrong social security number, account number, etc. He even passed the keyboard over the counter to me. I was astonished just as others who were in line witnessing this behavior. Like I said after the third time I changed banking centers. Once again...these subjective people having control over the consumers information should be notated.
