The employees don’t seem to know how to open the door to get to their own ATM machine. Coupled with the fact that this branch makes you feel like you’re entering a prison when you walk in, I’ll probably never use this branch again.

I’ve been a long time customer of the bank, going to the Wicker Park Fifth Third Bank. The customer is just phenomenal, Amina the branch manager is always looking sharp, professional, always attentive to my financial needs and concerns. When I have an issue, she makes it a priority to resolve it.Amina helped me build my personal credit and grow my business. Her team is as pleasant as her, greeting me by my name as soon as I walk in.What a difference between the previous manager and employees!

Went in to deposit a check the other day, was helped by a teller and a banker. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The new bankers are a lot better than the previous ones I’ve dealt with. The employees are much better than the actual manager. The branch has great employees but horrible management.

Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch. If you love terrible customer service and long waits, this one is for you. I have been a customer for just under 30 years, so I have been to a lot of branches, this is the worst one I have been to and I have given it multiple chances but employees have no interest in helping or really knowing what they are doing. Rude and incompetent. They should have never closed the one on Division and Marshfield. The next best one in the area is off Western and Augusta.

Do not answer the phone. The app is always under maintenance and never even improves. Finally frustrated enough to close my account with this bank. With all the competition you think they would try even just a little bit.

The young lady was a rude! Rolled her eyes a total of 3 times when I asked her to repete her self, I could not here what she was saying. Never told her her name and just gave me a sense of complete disinterest in what I needed. Poorly communicated what options I had to the point of utter confusion. Luckily I knew what I needed. If you don't want to build a relationship with a customer why bother working with the public??

Very upset that they aren't more helpful.They just listen to your issue tell you what you want to hear and hurry you out the door and then don't address it.I been forced to close my account.Which sucks because I liked the bank until this issue.

If 0 stars was an option I would put that.This bank is terrible. Never bank with 5th 3rd for any reason.They will set you up with checking accounts that charge fees for minimum balances (something no banks do anymore).If you have a mortgage with them they will try to say you have issues with your insurance coverage. Send you letters stating such, but when you call to try and iron out the issue will deny sending letters and tell you there are no issues until they try and charge you an absurd amount of $ for their own insurance coverage.

Horrible auto finance agreements. If you bank with them they will take money from your other account with them before due dates. Spoke with phone representative “Jenny” to get an understanding and she began yelling and speaking very rudely. I do not recommend them at all.

Great customer service! Awesome staff. I came in upset from another location and they attended me right away. Jovanny and the manager there were great help! Extremely satisfied !!!
