I know the staff at this location go over and beyond to service their clients. I'm always welcomed with a joyful greeting and smiles. Great customer service is important to me, and I would definitely complain if they were not up to par. Continue to step out of the box to make your clients feel well taken care of. I appreciate you!

This place is definitely a cringe worthy establishment when you have to talk to a teller they need to be reminded that they are working with the public as most of them are very rude but Jenny is a gem is this she is amazing!! If need assistance definitely seek her out !! She goes above and beyond doing her job anytime I need information about anything if she knows she makes sure I understand everything and if she doesn’t know for sure she finds out and share the information!! In a time where customer service has gone the way of the goldfish THANK YOU FOR BEING THE NEEDLE IN THE HAYSTACK!!

Was told I would not have access to banking for "a couple weeks, maybe more" until they get their phone banking application (app) AND website working (both of which the branch manager tried to use and could not get to function)I was informed this only AFTER I had just opened an account with cash hoping to urgently pay my deposit online. Unnacceptable.

No issues at this location. Everyone is nice and very helpful. 1 of the bankers, Veronica, who helped me open my accounts is the sweetest. Jini, the other banker, is a sweetheart as well. They are the best ??

I have never been more ashamed and disappointed in a bank all my life, especially when I obtained a new account. Tbh, I've never had a splitting headache leaving a bank in my life until now.First off, I had an issue with trying to obtain information about sending a wire transfer over. All the response I had from the bank was in the form of a post-it note. Not exactly professional in my eyes.Today, I decided to forgo that flaw and put my family's stimulus check to be deposited into my account. Literally no customer service, either. The bank said the "government prefers they be deposited into a joint account." Oh, really now?I turned it into my original account at Byline Bank where, while they required my spouse who prefers not to have a bank account to be present with an ID, still took the check. Sure they had to verify my partner's ID, but at least they went out of their way to accept our stimulus check.Customer service is essential in my eyes, and Fifth Third Bank absolutely fails in that department.Tbh, IF Byline Bank had banks in the suburbs, I only wish they did. But they don't, which is why I'm switching banks on Monday and closing my account with Fifth Third, which was only two weeks in. I've never honestly had a worse experience in my life outside of Chase... not until I dealt with Fifth Third.I'm extremely offended by their professionalism. A bank should NEVER treat their customers like how I've been treated by them.If you want to choose a local bank, do NOT choose Fifth Third. They are absolutely terrible to work with.

While this is the closest location to me, I try to avoid it. There's a lady in here that is not nice. Each time she provides service to me, she doesn't make me feel welcome. I feel racially profiled here which is far different from other locations.

Worse bank ever!! Absolutely horrible experience. Stay away from this bank. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I opened a new account and I didn't even get a temporary debit card. I had to wait 2 weeks. I finally get my card after 2 weeks, made a cash deposit at the atm. I try to log in on my mobile app after couple days but I accidentally forgot the password I created. After my 5th attempt they blocked my account! I tried calling them explaining to them what happened and they told me they couldn't unlock my account. I even made an appointment and went to the brand and they told me it had something to do with fraud! I told them no it was me who forgot my password and still they told me that there was nothing they could do about it! After so many attempt of trying to get them to unlock my account I gave up! Opened a new account with another more professional branch! I'm just waiting for them to return me my money I have in that account! They really put me through a lot of emotional stress. Stay AWAY from this bank.

I needed a notary to act as an authorized agent on an I-9 form. Though it was incredibly simple, no one would notarize it because they'd never done it before. I went all over the city. Online notaries wouldn't do it because they cannot. I just moved from Colorado and my bank doesn't have any branches in Chicago, so, most banks told me no. But even though I don't have an account with this bank, they graciously helped me out with it. Incredible customer service. VERY helpful people. Welcoming atmosphere. I know where I'm going to setup my next bank account. Thank you!!! :)
