I shipped a box that was 20x20x20 and I had to add some stuffing just to get stuff from not jangling around since the items I was shipping didn’t fill up the box. The box said 20x20x20 and I told her so but she still entered it in as 21x20x20 after she measured it. Like me and the box are lying. That was just weird and petty and made me never want to do business at this location. Avoid this location as the employees lack common sense.

How are you brother ? Guy never sad hello back or even looked at me in 1 year I been going there . I was charged for 12 papers and only got one paper out of printer . When I tried to explain this to lady ,she sad : “ I ain’t got time for this bro “ !!!
November 1-st 4:30 pm . My wife has pretty much same experience . Unfortunately this is FedEx closest to our home . I’m really disappointed and offended as human being. Not acknowledging another human or dissmising them .

The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because of Leah behind the front desk. My print order was not correct at all, but her attitude was by far the best I’ve dealt with at this FedEx before. Apologetic even though I know it wasn’t her fault and very helpful to resolve the issue. I have no doubt she will make sure my order is perfect the next time I come in.

My office is a block away and I've had just the best, most friendly, helpful service here. Shout out to Vanessa who helped me with three all over the place packages that needed to go out. She was super friendly, helpful, and let me take my time when I had to hunt down an address for a last minute package. I've also had a crappy photo of a label re-printed there since the label maker was in Georgia and they happily got it all set for me easy peasy. They never make requests feel like a burden. Give this team a raise!

I'll Preface this with the fact that I drive right by multiple UPS locations to get here. Ruby and Leah are the best! They create an overly welcoming environment every time I walk through the door, are fast and thorough with the service they provide and we always fit in a laugh or two.

Ruby, Brittany, and Mark were all incredibly helpful and engaging! The print I had ordered didn’t come out quite like I had envisioned and they helped reprint on the spot. They were also very kind and personable! Best customer service I’ve had in ages. Would definitely recommend this location!

Bad customer service. The lady who works there, had no intention to assist or help. She doesn't greet or answer. Very rude. Maybe she is having a terrible day or simply hates her job. In the end I just got what I needed, print a label and return a package, but I never felt welcomed.

Package will arrive “by 9:30am at the latest.” Was 3 hours late. FedEx refused to give a refund. Paid full amount only to be shortchanged. Horrible experience.

Jakiesha and Leah were some of the best customer service reps I’ve ever had at a FedEx or UPS! I walked in expecting the status quo/unfriendly service that you get at other places and their energy immediately changed my mood. They are so personable, kind, and effective at their jobs.
