I was treated so horribly by a gentleman working there who had long hair and had a very effeminate voice. He was helping me with something and I said "Thanks for your help" and he goes "Oh no I am NOT helping you I will charge you a dollar for paying at the counter so...yeah"!! Like REALLY???????? He got offended because I said THANK YOU????!!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STOE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

A gentleman assisted me in making a shipment and helped me select the right box for my shipment. He has been the most professional Fedex representative in the Chicago area. I need more Fedex representatives like him.

Use to be run well, now a bunch of unhelpful jerks on a power trip. They actually pride themselves on behaving in an snotty, rude and completely inappropriate manner—I’m not kidding. Not only was my experience here supremely awful, but I know someone who had an iPhone that they packaged onsite stolen AFTER being scanned into their system(!!!!!!) Particularly rude and unhelpful to students. Don’t go here—seriously. Terrible, toxic, bad energy and even worse “service.”

Absolutely ghastly place run by an incompetent manager with incompetent staff. You come in with architecture drawings and sit 20 min while the manager talks to a friend. He comes over and spends another 20 minutes trying to figure out how to press the buttons on the flatbed. Will be reporting incident and photos to FedEx HR. Fire the whole staff immediately.

Worst customer service here. The workers don’t greet you and aren’t friendly. Only came because my return required Fedex otherwise I prefer UPS in Woodlawn.

Came in on yesterday and the young lady failed to explain they take extra money off your card when you pay for services using a debit card. This information should have been told upfront. So I call the first time to inquire I get told , “it’ll fall off in a few hours” , that was bullsh!!t. Then I call back and get a full nasty attitude and told to call my bank. Skip this location and go somewhere else, the females in here are miserable and have nasty attitudes for no reason.

May 2023 - Very terrible customer service in this location! First, i had a medical situation and needed help carrying 2 big packages that each weighed over 50lbs. I asked for help, and noone helped me at the store. They didn't even respectfully decline, but instead, rudely declined with no sensitivity.Second, 1 of the boxes had holes and needed to be taped. There was tape on the associate's desk and i asked to use the tape, but she said no, and asked me to purchase my own tape. I then had to bend to do the taping all by myself. So so terrible!! Despite the medical situation, they did not try to help in any way!!Terrible and very insensitive!

Literally refused to serve me. Worst experience as a customer which I have ever had in my life. The employee at this location was rude. That's not unusual. What's unusual is refusing to reprint the shipping label when I realized I had made a mistake. I recognize that my mistake was a stupid one, and I was probably an annoying customer. But there was no one behind me, I wasn't holding anyone up, and I offered to pay for the reprinted label. I'm honestly shocked that she refused to reprint. She literally refused to provide the service she is being paid to provide. I've never experienced that kind of attitude in my life and I think she should be reprimanded or fired. It was terrible. 0/10 location. If you go, be prepared to fight for what you're paying for.

4/20/23 ... 11:58amI went into the store with a print number from my email as I had already sent over my documents for printing. On my last document the printer said insert my credit card (and I did) then the red light came on reading "ERROR". So being that I was the only customer in the store I called over "Can someone help me with the printer". My request went unacknowledged for several minutes, I ended up repeating this 2 more times before Marvin responded and came to the machine. Meanwhile I notice Olivia (manager) and Nia snickering and commenting under their breathe. (Please note I had been in the store 2 days earlier and had another inappropriate interaction with Olivia). When I noticed they were talking about me I said I did ask for help 3 times (they ignored).One of my documents were cut off and I let Marvin know and his response was you can step to the desk. I honestly thought they were going to reprint it behind the counter but that was not the case. Nia walks to the register and says "What are we doing here?" and Marvin responds while handing her the cut off document "Her print was cutoff". Nia then asks me for my receipt and I handed it to her and she did something in the register, handed me my receipt and proceeded to walk away. I asked her what did we do, what can I expect .. because I wasn't clear. She responds we refunded for the sheet that was misprinted. I replied to her that no one asked if I wanted a reprint or a refund and she said well I thought u wanted a refund and walked away. So at that point I said to the manager (Olivia) this is the second time this week that I came here and both times it was poor customer service. And her response was "well when I go somewhere and they have poor customer service, I just don't go back no more". So I responded " you are the manager right? And she says yes ... I then went on to say the reason your staff responds to customers the way they do may be because the way they see you responding to customers. And she responded "I mean like I said if I go somewhere and they have poor customer service I just don't go back. At that point I let her know that her sarcasm would be reported and she shrugged her shoulders while shaking her had yes ... which said to me she simply didn't care.Something needs to be done to address the way they treat customers ... I pray you have cameras in-store and are able to play back this encounter so something can be done.
