I spent a lot of money to ship some returns within the return window. I verified the addresses and left. The person put the wrong stickers on the wrong packages and I have spent about 2 hours talking to customer service reps who still haven't resolved anything and I'm currently down the money for shipping, as well as the money for the items that haven't been returned. Please don't trust FedEx.

I submitted an online print order and I received a confirmation that the order was received. When I went to pick up the order it was not available and the person that prints online orders was gone for the day. I requested a refund . I was told the owner/manager had to provide the refund. I left my information as instructed . I have yet to receive any communication. I called back today. The print person was gone for the day. No one could assist me. I was told to submitt the order via email to receive instant printing. I have already paid so why would I pay again? This is very frustrating.

This location need major WiFi upgrades but nevertheless Nia was extremely helpful with a Wealth of knowledge While multitasking with several customers at a time her ability to accurately service us all simultaneously was nothing short of amazing and she did it all with a smile on her face. Terrible service I want go to this Fedex again because the men /boys in there don’t have the Since enough to even offer a woman a cart or hold the door for me I literally had to push two couches in and none of workers offered nothing just sad but I can say one girl she was trying to help everybody but them other was just standing there doing Absolutely nothing

I was treated so horribly by a gentleman working there who had long hair and had a very effeminate voice. He was helping me with something and I said "Thanks for your help" and he goes "Oh no I am NOT helping you I will charge you a dollar for paying at the counter so...yeah"!! Like REALLY???????? He got offended because I said THANK YOU????!!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STOE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

A gentleman assisted me in making a shipment and helped me select the right box for my shipment. He has been the most professional Fedex representative in the Chicago area. I need more Fedex representatives like him.

Use to be run well, now a bunch of unhelpful jerks on a power trip. They actually pride themselves on behaving in an snotty, rude and completely inappropriate manner—I’m not kidding. Not only was my experience here supremely awful, but I know someone who had an iPhone that they packaged onsite stolen AFTER being scanned into their system(!!!!!!) Particularly rude and unhelpful to students. Don’t go here—seriously. Terrible, toxic, bad energy and even worse “service.”
