Fedex Driver went to wrong building and stuck the door tag and said no customer available/response, he does not even have basic understanding that building has no bell in that door number. Fedex is worst of worst

Went there for a Job seemed to have gotten the job and even went on ride alongs for training, waited 10 days to here from the,he called and told me they went with someone else. Returned my unform and badge while I waited for another manager to take me in hadn't heard anything since. DO NOT WORK HERE

Package on truck for delivery November 25. December 6 still on truck for delivery. Customer service is useless!!! Finally received a call back saying package can't be located. Use UPS or you'll regret it!!!!!!!

I wish i could rate no stars.Fed Ex delivery drivers from Bedford Park is the worst ever. I had a update for my package @ 6:28 am stating it was out for delivery. I wasted a whole off day waiting for my package. It never showed. The text never updated, it was still saying my package is on the truck @ 10:30 p.m. I am so I never experienced this with the other delivery companies. I made them leave it at a fed ex location so I can pick it up. So frustrating. Now I have to rent a U-Haul pickup truck to bring it home. It's not going to fit in my car. Horrible Horrible service
