The lady at the office, Janice is the nastiest most terrible employee, she is so so bad. If you don’t want to be at the job don’t be, she treated me terribly both times.

Omg, the worst service I’ve experienced with Fedex so far. They will charge you a $10 fee on top of your already prepaid label without no reasonable explanation! Excuse me? what for? Am I getting a room discount or possibly a free breakfast here paying these fees? Why would I care where you are located? How is your job is different from any other FedEx locations? What are these exceptional extra steps you are making in that specific location to justify a $10 fee on a less than 2 pounds return package? It all makes no sense and all on top of their rude and horrible attitude from the moment you walk in. No wonder this location has such a horrible rating!

Disappointed!! From the very beginning of our conversation, it was clear that the assistant was not interested in helping. Instead of providing clear answers or solutions, he seemed more intent on rushing through the interaction as quickly as possible. Couldn’t give a 0 so giving 1 star. Giving 2 stars only because they were able to print the cards correctly. Unable to provide the envelopes that were included in purchase. The three employees stood around and told me to call the FedEx customer service center which was 10x more helpful. The fix was as easy as calling a nearby office and seeing if they had the envelopes instead. Absolutely zero stars for customer service. Should have printed and cut them myself.

I guess I should have read the reviews before I wasted my time to walk over to this location. FedEx charges $10 to accept a prepaid package! This is insane!!! Great job FedEx, just squeeze every last dime out of people!

Shipping pre-paid packages requires additional handling fees (i.e., $10 extra for a 4 pound pre-paid shipping package).

It’s was the assistant supervisor named Dakota who denied me a service that I always come and get I always print at this store and the fact that this person didn’t even attempt to look at my file when I was the only person in the store
