No comparison. This team is amazing. Never have I had a shipping office where I know the team, but you can't help but get to know and love them. Michelle, Harvey, Shamikis & Willie - y'all are *the* best. Thanks for all that you do and for how many times I've run up there with a printing or shipping "emergency" that you've handled quickly and with ease and a smile!

Walked in at 5:50p to ship an envelope and was told "No" then "Absolutely not, I already shut down the system". I understand their close time is 6p, but nothing on the site says they stop taking customers at 5:45p. She should've locked the doors if customers were going to be refused service. No argument from me, off to UPS (which is closer to my office) tomorrow which opens at 8a since this place also opens late. Nice to have options ?

If I could give less than one star, I would. I’ve had two instances where this location, and Fedex in general, messed up pickup and delivery for critical packages. The first time I went, I tried asking the employee some questions as I wasn’t sure what the drop off process was (I had never dropped off a package at fedex before), and the employee was really rude and dismissed me right away, the package wasn’t picked up and didn’t get delivered in time. The second time, fedex lost my package entirely and couldn’t tell me where it was even though I have a tracking number. Calling their 1-800 number doesn’t get me anywhere either. The recipient I’m dealing with uses fedex giving me no option but to use them. They’re the worst, and I’d strongly recommend using another shipping provider.

Woman behind the counter stole my package (pre-labeled). It's literally on video and over four phone calls FedEx keeps saying they'll call me back with a resolution but then they don't. Having to file a claim with my own insurance.

Just got back from this FedEx Print location and couldn't of been happier.I went in to get some last minute prints done for my wedding this weekend and Delano truly saved the day. I went in at 7pm (they close at 8) and asked to get my programs printed and some other odds and ends. Not only did he print everything in real-time, he let me stay an extra 15 minutes to finish cutting everything. Delano made sure to talk through every job with me, to make sure I wasn't missing anything and I was getting the most bang for the buck. Great conversation and expert help made this experience awesome. Definitely made my upcoming wedding day a little less stressful.Come here for your prints and business needs. Delano is a pro!

Prints Held for Ransom by Team Member, Willie G. (clerk)Fedex Kinkos within the Merchandise Mart is not helpful, accommodating, or mindful or their customer's needs. I entered store around 12:30pm (no other customer's present/ only Fedex Staff) and approached the desk to give the clerk my zip drive, from which I had a presentation to be printed, four copies, color on 32 lb paper. I suggested I would like two copies on the heavier paper and the other two copies on the stock or normal weight paper to keep costs down. I was assured there would not be a large cost difference to print everything on the 32 lb paper on the machine behind the customer desk. With the paper loaded and printer going, I assumed my job would be completed shortly, I would pay for my prints and be on my way.Boy, was I wrong.As the prints were nearing completion, the clerk asked me whether I needed this job right away, to which I replied, "yes, sir, I do. It's finishing up right now, correct?" He replied, well... yes, but since since the cost of the job is of a certain amount and you need it now, it's considered a rush and we'll have to charge you a rush fee for that. To say I was surprised was an understatement. Not only was there no one in the store when he started printing my job and employees standing around unoccupied, the clerk started printing the documents immediately and never disclosed any specific price per page, let alone a "rush fee". To add insult to injury, prior to starting the prints as mentioned above, he suggested the price difference would't be much for higher quality paper.The clerk asserted the rush fee was something he did not have the power to waive, and if I'd like to forego the fee and get my prints right away without paying said fee, I could use one of the printers within the shop (in the customer area) to reprint my documents on normal paper. I mentioned the print job that was behind the desk was now completed to which he said, yes, it is, but I can easily shred that if you don't want to pay the fee, and you can print the documents yourself.Due to the fact that I did need my document prints “now” and was en route to a meeting, I paid the $30 fee.Additionally, I recall one staff member actually sitting still on a chair behind the partition just watching the interaction between myself and the clerk, no attempt to assist in resolving matters.This experience is absolutely unbelievable during a day and age where now, more than ever, “ the customer is always right" moto is of the utmost importance. To say these values are missing at Fedex Kinkos is an understatement. I will never use this location or any other Fedex Kinko's locations for any services in the future.

Representative created an incomplete shipping label intended for a conference, never arrived due to the representative missing exhibit and booth info. Asked FEDEX to return my package to Chicago, it cam to Chicago and was shipped back to Philadelphia in error, Driver drops my package off and no one knows where its at. Very poor customer service in trying to retrieve my equipment. I will never use this system again, it's OVERRATED
