I just had the best experience at this location. The agent helped me pick out the correct packaging that I needed. I was able to email my prepaid labels to him, and that was it. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I just moved in the neighborhood and I'm so happy this was a seamless experience!

This is my favorite FedEx. The people and staff here are very kind and helpful and knowledgeable about their services and products. I consider this location a part of the community☺️

Despite all the bad reviews, I've shipped from here a bunch for my business. I think the staff is very professional, quick and courteous! Highly recommend. I prefer this location to the UPS on Halsted.
