Associate was pleasant enough but it was lack of urgency that really did it for me. My order was supposed to be printed when I arrived. In confusion, our interaction about why it wasn’t printed already was too time consuming and I was in a rush. To top it off their systems and equipment appear to be antiquated here. Why a commercial printer would jam when printing just 25 pages and why an associate would need to restart her computer after sending an order to the printer is beyond me. Printing 50 pages took 45 minutes. 5 more minutes and I waited a minute a page! Find another location.

My order was placed very early in the day and given an afternoon time. They didn't call to tell me the order was late until after it was due for me to pick it up.

A’niah is the best! I’ve gone to several other FedEx locations and this is by far my favorite because of her and the rest of the staff there. They are always busy, but always go above and beyond. They are so helpful. They really get to know their customers and anticipate your needs!
Fedex needs to get this team a pizza party because they deserve it!

Clean, organized, no ignorant employees and the perfect handoff. No issues here and the cherry on top is great customer service. It is a small facility though so be aware of that.

The a place to Shipp your packages, the worst customer service experience I ever had.The young guy at the counter,..useless,hanging there enough just waiting to deaf.
