WILL BOOT YOUR CAR! DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT THEY WILL BOOT YOUR CAR EVEN IF YOU STAY IN THE BUILDING! The employees are great but the landlord is running scam. Park in the street or this insane woman with a tire shoe she bought off eBay will harass you until you give her money. I called the police and she flipped out. She knew it was a scam but the police did nothing either way. NEVER PARK YOUR CAR IN THE LOT!

Worst delivery service in the world! Delivery drivers never ring the bell, packages are disregarded, and there is NO customer support. Just call centers that lead you down pointless rabbit holes to avoid responsibility. NEVER do business with FedEx!

Print n Go is email took 4.5HRS! Lazy manager. Previous visits I was able to email to store and within mins leave with my prints. “The machine OR US 10mins…” save it.

Would not help me print an order even though 1 hour & 20 minutes before closing time. Told me to order online, despite not even knowing what I should be ordering because they wouldn't help me determine what are paper options for my size print. No help at all.

Jovan was so kind and attentive. He was managing so much at the store on a busy day but he was so helpful and went far above and beyond to help me print my funeral programs.

QUALITY WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.The people who work here go out of their way to be helpful.Last year I came in panicked when another company screwed up a display for a relative's celebration of life. The manager personally assured me they would have it ready the next morning, when I was scheduled to drive out of town for the event. It was ready on time, and it was perfect.Two weeks ago, I came in with a large project for a museum. Hillary helped me with many different types of scans and printing, and her advice was critical. A few days ago, I returned with the entire project, ready to be shipped to California. Justin made sure it was packaged so that the fragile contents would arrive without damage... and it did.It seems that quality work and customer service aren't always something you can depend on today, but I think you can depend on getting both at this FedEx Center.

My sister is getting married and she needed to get wedding programs and there was a worker,Javon, who was super helpful. He took the time to answer all her questions and show her how to do it. Highly recommend!

Arrived on a Saturday at noon to return a damaged equipment to Dell. Cassandra informed me I would need a new box for $ 35 . I declined the offer and let her know the box was in fact provided by Dell. She then refused to take the box . I usually do not have any issue with FedEx location. Cassandra was having an attitude ( I wonder why ). I could have asked to talk to a manager but time was running out and wanted this box shipped before 3pm . I left the store and asked for her name she said Cassandra ( I’m not sure that’s her name either) . Very bad customer service Cassandra
