The staff were extremely helpful and saved me from a potential problem with shipping my envelope that had to arrive the next day. I’m grateful that I didn’t have to spend the next few days trying to find out what had gone wrong!
Also, the store is spacious and well-organized and there’s easy parking!!!

We had such a positive experience printing at this location. Chris saved the day and helped us print a custom project. He worked so quickly and professionally. Will only be using this location for now on.

Shocked by how aggressively I was treated. I asked a basic question—whether a 9-digit account number for international shipping could be looked up using a phone number—since I wasn’t sure what it referred to. The employee immediately responded in a harsh tone: “No, I can’t look it up—you need to give it to me,” and then, “We need it so we don’t pay your taxes!” Completely unnecessary.
When I said I’d just open a new account and offered to show my license and card from my phone, she cut me off again: “I’m not taking pictures. Only physical copy,” in the same impatient, hostile tone.
None of what she said was impossible to communicate—but her delivery was completely inappropriate. A little courtesy and a different tone would have made all the difference.

Friendly and helpful. Came here for some prints and they took care of me. Will definitely come back to this location.

The current rating does not reflect the current store and management. This location is the best FedEx office I've ever been to. Quick, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I walked in, need help, treated the staff well and I was taken care of like a rockstar.
Chris, the store manager, went out of his way to make my experience at this location so great. Chris, an employee, remembered me and took care of me when I returned. All the other employees were incredibly friendly and patient. Everyone went the extra mile to take care of me and clients needs.
If you treat the staff as humans and have reasonable expectations, this is your store for all your printing needs. I will definitely return in the future.

One of the men here is completely condescending. Through work I box and ship 100s of packages a month and have daily FedEx pickups, but due to the holidays I had to box up a shipment at home. I know how this all works…

Called to ask if they had a specific box in stock, they took a moment to check, confirmed that they did. And then when I drive out there to buy it, they don’t have it i. Didn’t just sell the last one. Just fully didn’t check (or I guess forgot what I asked in the 10 second walk over to the stock). Waste of time and gas money.

I was trying to get a survey printed and reduced to legal or regular size in the Manager just didn’t have time to explain it to their employee. The employee had no clue how to do it and it was really uncomfortable for me so I will not be coming back to the store.

Lani was so helpful!!! I had an issue with a shipping label, but she helped me figure everything out and was so patient with me while we sorted my issue out. Also the location is very clean, and organized.

I had a really nice experience tonight with this location and the staff that was working. I was running late on a print project that I was working on and I walked in just before they closed. The person working tonight didn't hesitate to accommodate me; he was super nice and generous with his time, thanks!
