Had a really good experience at this store. I wasn't really sure how to print my label and mail my package, but an employee (didn't catch his name) stepped in to help me with everything, offering me all the things I needed and even packing the box himself. I was really happy with the service I received. I'll come back here next time I need a package or anything sent out.

This location is ALWAYS extremely helpful. The staff makes a not-fun task effortless. If a restaurant had food as good as the service at this FedEx location, it would always have a line to get in.

I've always had a positive experience here. Dropping off prepaid shipments is extremely easy, and staff is always there to assist with other shipments.

Please don’t send anything valuable using this FEDEX. They won’t respond if something get stolen. They don offer a warranty at all. Avoid shipping with them. Go to UPS Instead.

Leah and the staff at this FedEx location have always put their customers first. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and even if there’s a rare printing issue, the team patiently troubleshoots to get me what I need. Life is a little bit easier with a supportive staff looking out for you. Thanks Leah & FedEx team!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I sent a small box that contained an iPhone 11 using the office located at 3001 N Clark, Well guess what? They deliver it, of course, but with an empty box. No iPhone inside, they even stole the chargers. DONT GO THERE. Unless you want to get robbed. Will never use FEDEX AGAIN IN MY LIFE and I will do my best to spread my experience with everyone.

You don’t deserve not even one star. One friend of mine sent an iPhone 11 to her mom in Florida and someone stole the iPhone from the box. They delivered an empty box, no iPhone, no chargers no anything. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I'm glad this is my local Fedex, I've sent parcels and printed things over very many visits since I moved here in May 2023, customer service is quite consistently always very good/friendly!

I phoned in advance and said I was working on something that was foreign to me and needed help. They completely understood and had the job ready by the time I got there. Perfect!
