Outstanding customer service by Theresa! With an hour to close I called in a panic when I realized another printer had missed printed a critical portion of my order. Online said it wouldn’t be ready until the next afternoon and it was needed first thing in the morning. Theresa not only had me email the file to the store directly she called me when the file didn’t come through. Everything printed perfectly. Thank you for going above and beyond. You really saved the day!

Charrisa was upset she was working mornings. Asked for a possibility of an accommodation and had an attitude when I asked. Claimed “we just opened 6 min ago”. Didn’t realize I couldn’t ask a question because they just opened.

Buyer beware: this location tried charging me $35 for walk-in print service on a $65 print job. My jaw hit the floor when she told me it was going to be $100 for 10 black and white printouts and 40 color printouts. When I told her I wasn’t paying that, she “found a coupon” for 50% off the fee so it was “only” $17.50.

The customer service rep that helped me print business cards and resumes was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was even really patient with me while I added a new card for payment.

The customer service is atrocious. They kept trying to charge me $11 for their behind the counter support when their self service printers didn’t work! The manager finally stepped in and when she realized that it was true, she didn’t apologize and instead said “hope I am not in a hurry” for 8 printed pages. By the time I left, I asked for a the brown bag/envelope to hold my printouts and was told “they charge 7 cents for them and keep them behind the counter”. Horrible location. I’ve been to plenty other locations with this exact same request and they help me without a problem.

It doesn’t seem like they actually do anything, or the staff is totally incompetent. I have been here many times and have NEVER had a good experience. Lines of 1 or 2 people always take forever because the staff is so slow, and the staff are very unhelpful. I apologize for the long review but every experience I have had here has been a huge inconvenience.Once, I ordered an expensive ring and had it held here to be signed for. Shortly after delivery, I got an email stating that someone named Michelle K had picked up and signed for the ring. My name is not even close to Michelle K. I left work and ran to the store, and they thankfully still had the ring, but didn’t have an explanation about the email.Another time, I needed to return clothing. I waited in line for ten+ minutes, came with the manufacturer label and was told “No, we don’t ship anything that’s not FedEx.” Oh, well, fair enough, rules are rules.But next time, I needed to mail a bracelet. I came with the bracelet, sealed it in a package, waited in line for ten+ minutes, tried to ship it through FedEx, and was told, “Oh no, we can’t make a label, you have to go somewhere else for the label.” ??Also, once I attempted to print a label here to mail something and all printers were not working except one. I waited for twenty minutes in line for one of the printers and the first people in line (confused elderly couple) still had not managed to print their items.That’s fine, but 3 employees were standing around not doing anything. There also was a VERY loud, large, non-stop barking dog (not a service animal) in the store the entire time and the staff said nothing to the customer with the dog.Eventually, an employee made me get out of line to try and print something on another machine and discovered the machine was still not actually working. She tried to send me to the back of the original (now much longer) line. Still, no one had tried to help the confused elderly couple. At that point, I just left the store.It seems like either the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing, or this store only sells boxes.

Terrible service. Bad attitude when you ask simple questions. Don’t really seem to care about the quality of print job or customer service. Will go anywhere else when possible.

Came because a package is not being delivered to my address at some point, and no one can help me at this location. The only thing they can see or do is what you can do online with your tracking number which is so annoying. They tell you to just call the 0800 number and figure it out yourself. Terrible service !

I had the most pleasant experience getting my passport renewal pictures done at this location. I did not catch the name of the woman assisting me but she was great! The entire process took less than 5 mins!

Margaret was very friendly and helpful with my AT&T return. I usually expect employees to be rude when I am doing returns but she was surprisingly nice.

My daughter ordered a prom dress that arrived damaged. The company sent a shipping label for the return and the dress was shipped back. Two months later, Fed Ex sent her a bill stating that because the company was no longer "in good standing" it was her responsibility to pay the over $100 shipping cost. She called to try to problem solve and assert that she never agreed to pay anything as she had a shipping label that Fed Ex accepted and they basically said it was not their problem. She did not pay it and they have now sent her to a collection agency. Poor management and practices.
