Simply the best service to ship. This location is spacious, clean, and the professionalism is impeccable, especially in comparison to competitors. Vivian especially, was professional and educated me about my parcel I had a large and oddly shapped product that needed to be shipped. I was educated at length about mailers. They did their job. They were professional. I will never go to another shipping center again. Highly recommend FedEx and this location!

I've dropped off a bunch of packages to ship here over the years. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. They've recently remodeled and the space is clean and tidy.

The man at the counter very kindly helped me print out the document, since it was my first time and I couldn’t figure it out for a long time. And then he reduced me a copy of the document for free. An employee nearby also helped the woman. Very nice employees ??

Went here in April to have a passport photo taken. After 13 weeks the State Department said the photo was denied and another photo needed. If you know how slow the process is to get a passport lately please do NOT get it done here you will only be left disappointed, with more expenses, and possibly worst yet miss out on your travel plans. If you advertise a service please make sure that your doing it accurately otherwise please don't do it. Thank you.

The lady at the counter goes above and beyond of her responsibilities, confirming and explaining everything. Not a first time coming to this location and will come back again for sure. Excellent service.

FedEx was very responsive to my phone call today. It was urgent to go out today. I was worried that I had left something out of my overnight delivery. I had dropped it off about an hour prior to my call. They kindly set aside the delivery and gave me time to double check. All was well, so I called back to have them send. They truly helped and were courteous and professional. Thank you FedEx!

Yesterday I needed to use the laminator.Melvina, their employee asisted me.When it came time to check out, my card was reported closed with a new card being mailed to me next week.Melvina offered to pay for my transaction as I almost never carry cash.Luckily my friend came in and paid for it.I was embarrassed but Melvina was very patient with me and never rushed me.I want to express my gratitude to Kinko's for their great selection in hiring Melvina.I am most appreciative to Melvina.
