Hey, why all the bad reviews? First off, this FedEx is tucked into the Michigan Ave. Marriott, it takes a little searching. That's fine, though!I was downtown and needed a document printed out, that I STUPIDLY didn't print at home before I ventured out. What happened to the paperless office?!I used their "Send. Print. Go." service at one of the self service machines. Now, these are supposed to be user friendly, and work perfectly for people who don't have a lot of experience with printing stuff/design/using computers.I couldn't figure it out or make it work. Sent off the li'l email and . . . nothing happened. I put my tail between my legs and went to ask for help, defeated.The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly! We got my PDF printed out for only $1.14! Not bad! This is a great shop, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I'm in a "need a printout" situation.

It says that the Walgreens has on site FedEx and THEY DO NOT!!! I can only drop off a complete FedEx package, I need the label too!! UPDATE YOUR GOOLE INFO. The 2 people I talked to on the FedEx phone were COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. They kept saying the Walgreens. No. That is incorrect. With all the $ I have spent at FedEx over the years, you guys are a JOKE when it comes to customer service. Ugh.

Go to 444 N. Wells location and avoid being gouged. Found this "drop off packages" location on FedEx.com. Was charged a "handling fee" to use this location. Was told guests of the hotel are charged the same. I boxed the shipment myself. I created the shipment/printed the label myself. I would give 0 stars if I could, and if I were a guest of the hotel I'd be astounded that what is touted as a convenience for the paying business traveler is an upcharge.

I was expecting a package from Thrive Market, which they delivered…empty. They had the audacity to take its contents, rip of the labels from the package, put someone else package in there, tape it with clear tape and deliver it. I am so disappointed in their behavior. Never ever I will do business with them.Also, I went to a center to take some passport photos, again horrible experience…photos were yellow, and they were arguing with me that that’s how they show be.

Awful service. Won't print labels for you and charges a fee if you're not staying in the hotel to drop a package off. Pointless location

I haven't even been yet, and I'm already disappointed. There is no such thing as 540 Michigan ave. That is obviously a Marriott and now I'm completely lost.
