I've used this place in the past and they were friendly and usually efficient. Epic fail tonight, they couldn't print a 20 page b/w document with an empty store and an hour from closing time. When I asked for help to use the self serve print and go the employee didn't know how to use it. Seriously a joke. Left and headed to the Clybourn store where they are better trained and nicer.

Customer service is lacking quality. You can get much better service from online vendors and they take accountability when mistakes are made. If I ever needed something printed up in a pinch, I would avoid this location at all costs. The employees act like you're bothering them and are not consistent between visits.

Sub-par customer service and overcharge with "express fees" regardless of business level. Poor management. Go to the location off Clybourne instead.

Ridiculous service ever I got charged 30 dollars for 4 paper and staff was like oh yeah that works like that. Never going there again

Alex was top notch and truly embodies what most organizations hope to have in an employee. He was personable, informative, and efficient in helping me with my order. He suggested different options of paper (who knew there were so many choices) and offered his recommendation when I was unsure. He went above and beyond to make my experience a good one and I would happily return to this FedEx location and recommend it to others based on this experience. Keep it up Alex!!

I don't recommend this place. Horrible attitude and customer service. I tried to give this place a second chance and they disappointed me twice.

Poor costumer service. The employees did not give me any time of day. They acted like I was nuisance and a problem. They didn't ask what I was trying to do in terms of printing. They just threw a QR code in front of me and expected me to know what to do. I will not be using this location anymore.

I came into this store a few weeks ago to print and ship a bunch of documents to a client. I worked with Alberto and he helped me make sure everything came out correct and was packaged shipped and tracked perfectly. He was so helpful and friendly from beginning to end. I will be coming back here for all my printing and shipping needs! Thanks Alberto!

I came in to print some documents and send them in about 15 minutes ago, and the staff's attitudes were contagiously positive. Even dealing with a problem customer in the aisle next to me, they were EXTREMELY helpful and kept things light as they figured out how to help. Such a relief to go someplace that could be as dreary as the DMV and find such warmth and kindness. Thanks!!!

I visit this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center location solely to utilize its self serve print & go machine. There is one closer to me on the west side of Chicago, but I choose this location mostly because I have no worries about parking versus the location nearest to me which is a pain! A 5-mile drive to this location from my neighborhood is better than my vehicle being towed or ticketed. As for this location its lot is shared with a Party City location that is rarely busy at times. And both businesses coincide with each other well in-spite of their separate in-and-out traffic flow. As for entering this location, I have never been acknowledged by any of the employees once I have entered, but I imagine that they know I have entered because they have acknowledged other customers at times. What can be a pain at this location I imagine is trying to exit the parking lot onto N Western Ave during peak traffic hours of the day. Yikes! With that, I recommend choosing wisely the time of your visit if you consider this location. With all mentioned, I have always had smooth transactions with its self serve print & go machine, and always in-and-out. ~Blessings~ Thomas G
