I love this FedEx. There's always a good assistant manager, working the register and helping me figure out my projects and getting my printing, correct. The managers diligently working in front getting FedEx items ready to go. Well I wish there was a way to say. Thank you for them when they're so busy. I'm grateful that they're still open and their last FedEx pickup is at 6pm

Went here in April to have a passport photo taken. After 13 weeks the State Department said the photo was denied and another photo needed. If you know how slow the process is to get a passport lately please do NOT get it done here you will only be left disappointed, with more expenses, and possibly worst yet miss out on your travel plans. If you advertise a service please make sure that your doing it accurately otherwise please don't do it. Thank you.

FedEx was very responsive to my phone call today. It was urgent to go out today. I was worried that I had left something out of my overnight delivery. I had dropped it off about an hour prior to my call. They kindly set aside the delivery and gave me time to double check. All was well, so I called back to have them send. They truly helped and were courteous and professional. Thank you FedEx!

Very rude service Yes. I was the last customer the person behind the desk that took the order, and he was very unfriendly, rude, and really wanted me to get rid of me. Not going back this location again!

To start, this is my local FedEx and I've been using them for 3+ years. I had a terrible experience bringing in an Apple product for packaging and trade-in. Presenting the paperwork and item, I was told "we don't do that," despite the site being listed on FedEx as a "packing services" site. I drove 25+ minutes to the next nearest FedEx listed on FedEx.com (on Western). When I asked if they processed Apple trade-in and packaging, they said "of course we do, we all do." I told them about the location at Pulaski and they apologized and immediately processed my trade-in item.It appears that the Pulaski location lied to me about processing Apple trade-in items, costing me 50+ minutes of driving time. Please avoid this location.

This store is my favorite one. They usually have competent staff who are friendly. There are a lot of options of services, too.

One person working in the whole place. Long lines. Incredibly slow. All I had to do was pick up a package. Worst FedEx ever!

Friendly staff very helpful with any problem you have downloading from your phone , Faxing they are just very helpful.
