Walgreens employees are not well trained at this place to deal with Fedex shipments. I was told a shipment would be sent the next day, when it actually would be sent almost 3 days later (I left it Friday night, almost midnight, and pick up was Monday 7pm). This package contained a biological sample, so it was critical to be sent asap. I returned on Monday 5pm after package didn’t appear to have moved and Walgreens Manager was unable to tell me where was the package, until I saw it still on their storage shelf. I requested the package to take it myself to another Fedex location and it was not returned to me but DELIVERED to me, and so I had to pay for the overnight shipment myself. Manager at Walgreens (who “delivered” the package to me) didn’t even try to fix this error and blamed me for taking the package.SUMMARY: if you need to use FedEx, do not use this “service” of Walgreens. Go to a Fedex site.
