I waited at my building's front door for four hours on day 1 and waited there again for nine hours on day 2. The FedEx delivery drivers never once approached my building front door, let alone knock on the door or ring my doorbell. The FedEx ship center advised me that I'm not allowed to go pick up my package in person. That turned out to be false information. I finally had to drive 40 minutes to the FedEx center to pick up the package, which they allowed.

Came to print & laminate for a Christmas gift. First time coming in and we had a lot of questions. Benjamin was very helpful and he didnt make us feel like we were bothering him at all. The finish product looked great! Thanks Ben!

It was fine, but then again I really didn't have a difficult job for them and no shipping; I was simply there to make copies. I was in and out within about 10 minutes. I like the way they have it set up. In my case, I emailed the documents I needed printed to their 'printandgo' email address, and printed from there. Made it fairly simple and quick. The cost was higher than expected (I'm dating myself, but I swear once upon a time copies cost like 5¢)--but I think I may have printed in color, so that may have changed things too. Obviously they'll do your shipping stuff for you here, and they've got all the regular stuff you'll find at a FedEx/UPS type store. VERY surprisingly, this location has a parking lot, which I didn't expect to find in Bucktown and makes it much more convenient.

Having a printing emergency while on vacation was obviously not ideal. We walked in here hoping the process wouldn't be too difficult. We were promptly greeted by a lovely associate. She asked if we needed to print anything and let us know that instead of using the desks along the wall, there was a much simpler process. We were given a business card and told to scan the QR Code. As long as the document was in our email we could send directly to a printer. Seemed too easy, but it worked. What was an inconvenience turned into a 5 minute quick fix. So happy the staff was friendly enough to ask and assist.

Beware of UPS and FEDEX!!! They steal shoes and deliver broken boxes to see what's in them!! It's sad we can't shop online without having to think they might steal my order!!

I have always found the shipping service to be really good at this location. During my last visit, the assistant manger was very patient and filled out the necessary customs forms for international shipping for me. The parcels arrived faster than expected at their destinations without any hold ups.

I walked in with a pre-paid FedEx bag to return a medical test sample. I was standing in line when a female employee behind the counter (darker skinned, short hair, glasses) immediately started yelling at me while she was helping another customer at the counter. The employee was yelling at me to put the bag into a white box behind me. I assumed she meant I had to put my bag in a FedEx cardboard box - which was confusing as I already had a bag with a pre-printed label. However, what she was trying to tell me was to put the bag in the drop-off bin. I have partial hearing loss in my right ear so couldn't understand what she was initially trying to tell me. Another employee (who was nice) called me over and clarified the instructions. Whoever that other employee is should be fired for yelling at customers who are simply trying to drop off a package. The right thing to do is call the customer up to the counter anf give clear instructions vs. yelling at them while they are standing in line. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location again. Horrible experience.

Store manager Chris was very helpful, patient, (I had to go to my laptop 3 times to reformat a file ), and was generally keeping morale high - joking around with customers and staff while helping people out. Thanks for going the extra mile!
