The pharmacists at this Osco are very unprofessional. My doctor sent a prescription here and 11 days later it still hasn't been filled. I made a few phone calls and they kept saying it would be in the next day. They never reached out to me to tell me what the issue was. Obviously they have some internal issue going on that needs attention.

The manager Roshell or however you spell her name is so rude to her clientele her behavior is truly disgusting towards them. She doesn't appreciate how her workers are staying up rather late. and is so toxic in that work environment. She makes me look down on ever working at jewels.

In past experiences I found the pharmacy staff rude and unsympathetic.the deli stinks , there is nothing tasty there, salads are bad , no selection and they push boars head lunch meat .

I recently used the delivery service and ended up having a good portion of my order missing. Now I double checked and noticed another item missing. My eggs arrived with 3 broken. The order was sitting on my porch in the hot sun with no call from the delivery person. I put in for a refund and have to wait 24-48 hours. I would rather have these items re-delivered with no charge for delivery.

Mondays is "CheapChickenMondays" ...8 pieces of chicken for $5.99. The store closes at 10:00 PM but they usually run out of chicken and won't make any more. I went today at 6:45PM and the girl behind the counter told me they only had what was left and she assured me they would be "all dry". The other guy behind the counter had a long brush and he was cleaning out the fry vats early to get a head start for the night.

12 minutes agoNEW-EditI don't understand why the checkout baggers stand by and do NOTHING to assist in bagging my groceries-simply because, in the interest of being conscientious of the environment, I am using my own bags.I am told this is because of germs transferred from touching my bags.....?But we all know covid is transferred through aerial transmission.And the baggers, standing there, UNMASKED, are refusing to touch my bags because of germs???This policy is antithetical to any logical argument.

Not your typical jewel. Doesn't have many options and if you do buy from here in a pinch, use it ASAP because they're stuff expires fast. Employees mostly keep to themselves which is what gets that second star.

Employees kept fighting each other it was so annoying, from employees being yelled at in the produce aisle to the cashier and bagger bickering, the bagger did not care for how things are supposed to be done, she kept whining when the cashier asked her to get her own rack of grocery bags instead of stealing from the ones right behind the cashier and gave attitude and they both threw my groceries around while arguing about the correct way to bag. There was a growing line and we were all frustrated and suffering second hand embarrassment.
