The guy with double ponytails who works here was comically rude. Immediately got super defensive and refused to help me. I asked why and he actually turned away and stormed away from me in the store, I had no choice but to leave.

Were not helpful when explaining where the self print service was located or how to use it. Could've made themselves useful instead of complaining about their jobs while customers were in the store today.

The "manager" Adam is the most insufferable human I've ever met. he is god awful. extremely sarcastic, clearly hates women. I waited patiently for 30 minutes, while other customers were impatient. He treated me like dog sh*t, I was nothing but kind to him, I could tell he wasn't having a best morning. he kept interrupting me and refusing to listen to me when I had already told him I paid for packaging. making a little side comments, belittling everyone in line. words cannot describe how rude this man is. I'm actually blown away.. How is this man a manager? Adam as a manager is a disservice to the company FedEx, I will still be using the company, but never going back to this location. its a good day to not be adam, i would wish him help but i have zero empathy for this man. The other reviews about him solidify all of this.

I unfortunately have no choice but to continue to frequent this location as it's the only FedEx near me. Adam, the manger of this location is one of the rudest, most condescending, patronizing individuals I've ever met. I am a regular at this location and Adam still treats me as though I've never sent an envelope in my life. On one of my most recent visits, I had an old UPS label in my hand, with the address of someone who I would be sending a FedEx package to. I was waiting to be helped by a different worker and Adam, who was helping another customer at the time, interrupted what he was doing to let me know that "just so you know, that's a UPS label and we won't be able to do anything with that here". Thanks Adam, I fucking know!This guy has swiftly made himself my nemesis and I try to avoid all interaction with him when I go in. If I am doomed to be 'helped' by Adam, it's surely a day ruiner.

I drove to this location at 744 W Fullerton Ave yesterday at 4:15 pm to drop off a ground package for a customer. I picked this location specifically as it has a 5pm ground shipment cut off. The driver was there when I drove up and my son walked the package in. When he handed it (with pre printed label) the person behind the counter looked at him and said what is in it. He said lip products from my mom's company and the person gave him a suspicious look and said "well we will see about that". He is 19 and well mannered and groomed. They treated him as if he was up to something and when he got back in the car he relayed this and said he thought they might search the package. I checked on the portal today and it says "shipping exception", no explanation. I called the store and spoke with Keyanna Freeman who gave me attitude, told me the ground person came early yesterday and after taking a lot of time to look up the tracking said it is still sitting there 24 hours later. When I expressed my frustration she said with a sarcastic voice "I told you that the ground person came early". When I said they cannot publish 5pm and then not have a pick up or even tell the customer who is physically walking a prepaid package into the store - she said oh yes they can. Fed Ex service is horrendous. You pay a huge premium and they don't care to even try to get your package out. I went out of my way to drive to a location that had published deadlines for a service that is their entire reason for being and they could not care less. Looking at the reviews for this location I would avoid it at all costs. I will switch to my local UPS store where they are incredibly friendly.

The first time coming here I just wanted to print something, I thought I could just email it in, but you can't, the store manager Adam was so rude about it, that I left. This location is a 5 minute walk from my house so I went hoping I would get someone new, got Adam again. I have never had issues printing stuff before but he made it a huge deal, making me believe my request has never been done before. Sad to see he has so many negative reviews, will have to start going to a different location.

The manager of this location, Adam, is truly one of the meanest people I've ever met in my life. Honestly I felt better visiting this Yelp page learning that other people have had similar situations so irritating/upsetting/disrespectful with him that they also took the time to leave a 1-star review. I was trying to get 13 pages printed and 60 business cards and he quoted me $160. He also said there would be a major backlog so he couldn't predict when I'd get my order. Since this was well beyond the cost I was anticipating and I am not a printing expert, I asked him on the phone if there were any methods to make it a bit cheaper, such as a different paper, printing method, anything. He told me I could make everything black & white (like duh thanks). It was an uncomfortable conversation so I just decided to walk into the location to discuss in person and hopefully see a proof. BAD IDEA - he was SO rude. He slapped the business cards proof down in front of me and I asked if it was possible to just remove those from the order, and he responded "ok have a nice day." I asked "have you already made all of them....?" since it seemed exorbitantly inconvenient for him to remove them from the order and he said that he hadn't made any of them yet. I asked again if there was any way I could make the order cheaper without converting to black and white and he repeatedly responded, "I am quoting you for exactly what you asked for," and kept rereading the email I had initially sent. Another man standing there echoed Adam's drama. I rushed out because I actually started crying. When he called to tell me the order was ready 30 min later (backlog????), I never returned to pick it up because the experience was so jarring and upsetting. Went to Staples and got the exact same thing for $33. And didn't get accosted in the process. Literally will inconvenience myself to go anywhere else from here on out.

Joseph is the best and deserves a raise. Seriously, if you're Joseph's boss - give him a raise and do anything you can to keep him there. He literally set a Christmas miracle in motion when I had already contended with the fact that I may not be able to have a custom daily planner I designed for my husband printed and bound for Christmas day. I waited last minute, like 12 pm Christmas Eve, to call and ask if I could have my order printed and bound. Joseph was extremely polite on the phone, gave awesome direction on what he needed to make it happen, and when I said it didn't have to be printed that day he said, "Well let's see what we can do once we receive the order". So I sent the order, and I did not do a good job. Haha, and Joseph politely let me know it was not in order. I sent it again, now after 2pm at this point and I just knew it wasn't in the cards for me to pick it up same day. Lo and behold, Joseph came through like Santa Claus down a chimney and has it printed and in order by 4:30 pm. And when I saw it, I nearly cried. It had been such a stressful day and he just brightened my spirit with his friendly nature and everything earlier in the day that had me stressed suddenly felt small compared to how Joseph made me feel with my order. My husband loved his gift by the way and started using it on Sunday! Thanks again so much Joseph, I'll never forget how you made me feel this past Christmas!

The two men who work at this location are the rudest, more arrogant and condescending people I've ever spoken to. I have never been spoken to the way they continuously speak to customers. I am disgusted by their behavior and will continue to avoid going to this store.
