I was surprised at how quickly this went. When youcentercthis Walgreens on 55th Street, go to the photo counter. Tell the clerk you are dropping off a FedEx package. That person makes a clone of the bar code. You have the option of getting a receipt. It's also possible to track the package via an email link. Simple, logical and fuss-free.

Parking is a nightmare. FedEx truck was double parked in the street which case a huge problem for traffic. Service was not friendly. Will not go to this location again

I brought a return package with shipping labels to the store, and the staff told me she was an intern so she didn’t know how to use the machine. She suggested that I should come back during the weekend and the manager would be there. I came back during the weekend, waited for 20 minutes, and the manager told me she was not sure why the machine was not working and there was nothing she could do to help. I took my package to another Fedex a few blocks away and they took care of it in seconds.

4 packages have been stolen because FedEx want use the keys they have to place all packages in buildings.

Needed priming services and asked for help multiple times and it wouldn’t work. The staff was not helpful. By the time I got the prints, they were damaged. The prints had skid marks on them. At that point I was over it.
