I have no idea how this place stays in business! Fastenal in general has really declined with there new ordering operation. Everything is online and only available to be picked up at certain times or shipped next day at your expense. FYI Fastenal there are many other larger companies doing this cheaper with free shipping. If I'm showing up to your location it is because I need it now! The best part on new ordering is you still need to deal with an actual human at the location who couldn't be more hostile that you have interrupted whatever they are doing. That is if they actually answer the door or phone. Great location unfortunate you can not actually buy any of there product's.

The way this company is being run today is horrible.. now they don't sell to the public. The most stupidest thing to do. A company not wanting cash from walk-ins is crazy ..
