Warner E. Brown...The worst agency WEB FARMRRS INSURANCE. He appears to be trustworthy, but will lie to you! My home insurance was canceled due to him not forwarding the pictures he supposedly took of work completed. He wrote life insurance policies stating the monthly payment wouldn't change; that too was a lie! I had been a customer for about 25 years. After contacting him about home insurance that was canceled, he was going to call me back on Monday. Well, Monday has come and gone, no call. I emailed and left several voicemail messages, crickets. No response since November 2023, no apology, no accountability from Warner E. Brown that shows lack of professionalism, integrity and character!

Mr. Brown is not just another agent.... He really connects with his clients! He makes us feel welcome, and really looks out for our BEST interest. His advice is golden as well! My husband always jokes that Mr. Brown is also our "financial planner" as well as our insurance agent!

I called for a qoute and the salesperson took down all of my information. He told me that the lady who does the quotes is on the phone giving a quote and will get back to me. An hour and a half passed by in no one called me back. I called back and spoke to the same salesperson and i told him that i did not receive a call. He had that i don't care attitude and stated she will get back to you. Which was unprofessional because when anyone call for a quote for any insurance the company almost always tell you over the phone or call you right back, but that didn't happen. I would not recommend nor tell anyone about this farmers insurance company as long as i have a auto mobil.
This is why i always go outside the neighborhood ??????
