It's rare to find companies who respond quickly and capably today. With insurance companies you never find out how good they are until you have a problem. I had a problem, a mistake in a data base that put the closing of my house on hold. Joana and Lena took my call for help all the way to the top and a letter that solved the problem was in my email within just hours. The closing was able to go ahead as scheduled. Thank you very much.
