Very knowledgeable, very informative and very nice , I had a lil bit of a messy situation and she was able to talk to me about it and sort some stuff out ,she answered all my questions and gave me options to a situation where I felt I didn’t have a option , thank you !! At the office of Agent Frank Battaglia, there are attentive customer service specialists such as Carrie who will listen and resolve any concern you may have regarding your insurance coverage. The service is quick, too. Due to their policies for automobile and home, I feel well protected and served. I highly recommend this insurance agency.

I've passed by Frank's Farmers Insurance office on Ashland Avenue many times but I finally went in the other day to get some information on life insurance and home insurance. As you might expect since I'm writing a FIVE STAR REVIEW, the meeting went exceptionally well and Frank, with over 25 years experience, is definitely the right insurance agent for me.
