I ordered my son the hot wheels advant calendar and although it says delivered it is no where to be found. I contacted customer care and checked with my neighbors because thats what Vanessa told me to do. Unfortunately no one has seen it so Vanessa said since it says delivered they are no longer responsible and they don't help with lost or stolen packages. Its a $30 kids toy for
Christmas and they refuse to help?! Horrible customer care. I will never buy from them again.

I found the perfect gift for my grandkids who were coming to visit and ordered from FAO. First order lost. Reorder never delivered and they refuse to refund me in full! I shouldn’t have to pay shipping!

Horrible customer service. We stopped in today and my daughter was yelled at by a staff person for picking up a toy. She picked it up and got excited, started to bring it to me to buy and the employee yelled at her to not touch anything!
