I had an incredible experience with the hot chocolate here, it's truly mind-blowing! They were out during my first visit, but when I returned the next day, Paul generously offered my friends and me three cups on the house. His kindness made my Chicago trip unforgettable! Highly recommend

We were greeted by Cece upon entering. Cece was amazing!! We received the best customer service from her and introduced us on the history of Fannie May chocolate. The chocolate is amazing!! Thank you again for our amazing experience Cece!!
