Placed my order on 12/14 with original delivery date of 12/16, then it changed to 12/18-12/20, then it changed to 12/27, now it says your order may be lost. Company refuses to do anything. Blames FedEx and Amazon. Horrible customer service.

Excellent service! Buy by searching online and without any reference. Then I started reading negative comments and doubted if I had bought in the right place. But they sent me the tracking number the next day after my purchase and the product arrived on time. I am super satisfied. I will buy again!

Ordered christmas gift 2 weeks in advance. Fanletics says they ship in 3-5 business days. After 9 business days, they simply cancelled my order two days before Christmas. Zero communication from them throughout. Fanletics is a trash company.

This. Company is a scam .. I made a huge mistake of sending a jaguar shirt to my cousin in the UK and didn't realize it was the same company .. the last one never arrived .. I did get a refund but only As it was through Amazon .. the same thing again .. it's been in IL since August 12 .It does not allow you to cancel and Amazon is also at fault as they are Allowing this scam company to operate ...My cousin will never see the shirt ... GuaranteedCalling Amazon today .. no refund no more orders !!!!

Don’t order anything from this place. I paid for a fleece and the notice stated that it was delivered to an individual but that’s a lie. My daughter was home all day and never received the gift. This is a ripoff

After ordering, paying half off the retail price, and receiving the item in 5 days (including weekend), I'm really happy with my purchase! I was hesitant at first being unfamiliar with their name/website, but it is a legitimate site for others that are wondering too! Great experience and a great price!

The product size ran small and I was not happy with the fact that although the product came with Kohl's price tags attached, I had to pay postage to return the product to the seller instead of taking it to an Amazon return center at my nearby Kohl's. Although I have read a lot of negative reviews regarding Fanletic's' failure to process returns, when I had not received my refund 1 week after confirmed delivery of the returned item, I called and had my refund notification within 3 hours. Fanletic was very professional to work with on the phone.

I ordered Adidas padded compression shorts for my son. Due to Covid 19 circumstances, my son didn’t try on shorts right away. Unfortunately, even after explaining that Covid 19 had an adverse affect on my family, Fanletics was unwilling to refund money for shorts that didn’t fit properly. Went back and forth with them via email for days. I am disappointed they didn’t have any pandemic exceptions in place for returns. I will not order from them again. I also noticed other negative reviews regarding returns. In this environment, there should be pandemic policies in place for ALL companies. We all have to make concessions to make it through these tough times. It’s sad Fanletics is not amenable.

I have to admit I was leery of placing an order at first, simply because I've not heard of Fanletic prior to searching for a 5 yr old model of shoe. When their website showed they had it, I was skeptical.But the company turned out to be legit, with employees that go the extra mile to ensure product was in stock prior to my placing an order.This was very much appreciated. It added to sense of security when placing my order.The shoes arrived in timely fashion. Brand new...at a VERY good price, which included shipping.I would recommend Fanletic to anyone looking for good deals from a merchant not super known. They are a legit company and have excellent prices, service and safe ordering.

I ordered products from this company through Amazon. They sent me something entirely different than what I ordered, and when I returned it, they refused to refund me. Do not trust this company!Their products are made from cheap materials and they try to scam you out of your money. Not worth your time!
