“Jolene is a PA working with Dr. Levy.She is amazing. My husband is under her care and is very pleased with her.Always answer her messages and actually pays attention to what we have to say. We never had to wait for more then 30 minutes. If I had to wait more then an hour we would gladly do it. It's worth the wait. If my caregiver is taking time to listen to me, I understand that she is doing the same thing with her other patients.”

“I came across Dr. Edward Wang searching for an USCIS approved doctor around my neighborhood so I could get my medical exam for the Immigration office. “My experience at the Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Sykes site was pleasant and efficient. After checking in and stating the reason for my visit I was seated in the waiting area less than 10 minutes. The nurse informed me that I should have x-rays first then I would be seen by the urgent care doctor. Doctor Desarey Sims reviewed the reason for my visit which was injury to my thumb due to a fall. Dr. Sims was through and caring of my injury advised what to do including follow-up with my primary care doctor and and orthopedic doctor as well. My overall experience was very good.”

I went on a Tuesday morning and had only about 5 mins wait and was seen pretty much right away. All the staff was courteous and the doctor had great bedside manners and took care of my need. “Awesome experience from start to finish. Was going to walk in and when I called there was a 6pm appt available so I took it. I was able to sit in my car until I was called in and was able to go directly to the office. Jenice (sp) was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. She also gave me a tip that I'd never been given regarding antibiotics and how to prevent yeast infections after taking them AND I DIDN'T EVEN ASK! You could tell that she genuinely cared. I am thrilled about this visit. If I ever have a need for urgent care, I'll be back and I home Jenice is stil there.”

“Never had an issue with obtaining an appointment, scheduling an appointment, being seen, getting blood work done, etc. etc. I'm typically in and out in no time and my Rxs are waiting for me.
I used their Urgent Care perhaps twice, and like any other walk-in facility, I had to wait. Not sure where all this hate is coming from, but then again I'm an adult and have reasonable expectations of walk-in clinics.”
