Made me check my bag and then right in front of me the cashier tells the next lady she can bring her bag in. Let’s apply rules equally! Or at least be more subtle about it. Not very mindful.

Nice store and, a nice location but one of the worst customer service I have encountered, the employees here hate the customers, they hate their job. They don't greet customers and don't even say thank you after you pay for your purchase in the store.

There are maybe two employees at this location that I don’t fear checking out with. Constantly met with rude remarks, eye rolls, being rushed out of the store before closing, and just all around a poor experience. Go to montrose you’ll be much happier.

Went in to get some cat litter today and I took the shopping tote I made with me. As soon as I get in the door, the woman behind the counter starts screaming at me to put my bag behind the counter….I give her my bag and then I walk to the cat litter and I see 2 people with backpacks!!!! How is my reusable shopping bag a problem but not backpacks?? If you’re going to treat your customer like thieves then you don’t deserve any business. Especially if you’re not even enforcing the rule on everyone in the store. I come here a couple of times a week but now I don’t think I’ll come back at all. Disgusting treatment and you obviously didn’t take EVERYONE’S bag. So what’s that about?????

This place is so ghetto. The staff is rude and if they have a delivery, they are closed for the whole day so if you pass by and see a truck unloading, don’t even bother to try to stop.

Very rude Hispanic lady as soon as I walked in she wanted me to put my bag by the counter and I told her she this bag has my baby’s milk and snack and she had the biggest attitude and when I started checking out she started looking under my stroller as if I’m stealing SMH!! I hope she loses her job with that attitude like I’m a whole mother why the hell would I be stealing stuff with my baby stroller! Won’t come here ever again!

I just want to know:
1. WHO owns this store?
2. WHO does the hiring?
And
3. WHY has this place been allowed to continue in business?
The staff is incompetent, rude, listen to rap music behind the counter like they’re in their own personal space, and did I mention incompetent?!
I’ve only ran in here a few times and each time I wish I hadn’t. Figured I’d try last night and if you want to run into some in-real time stereo types you’ve heard off, well this store would definitely meet all your expectations.

I’m broke so I went to the dollar store to get something to eat for dinner. A couple of the aisles were almost completely depleted of food, but that’s not what makes me leave a review, because maybe that’s a shipment issue.What makes me kinda mad is being cheated on the price of food. I was looking at the price stickers on the shelves because I only had $6, and one of the things I grabbed was supposed to be $2.45. I checked that the price was for the specific food I grabbed. But then when I’m checking out, the receipt says $4 before tax!If I had money to spare I wouldn’t be bothered, but I don’t, and others have also said here that the prices aren’t true to what the shelves say.

Unwilling to honor their own print and website advertised prices.They consistently overcharge, in regards to in-store promotional pricing, as well.Store seems to have staffing issues, so aisles are also often blocked up with stock trolleys of unshelved product.That said - this is a walking / biking convenient neighborhood location, so may be useful as a convenience retailer, of sorts - but pay attention to pricing as your items ring up.

This place sucks. There’s shipment in the aisles and you can’t walk through them. Everything is out of place, price tags don’t match the product. Overall the store is just dirty. I hate to be those people that give negative reviews but this one deserves it.

This place is an absolute mess. The shelves are a wreck, the store smells funny, and the people who work there clearly wish they didn't work there.

It’s absolutely ridiculous how bad this store is. They are literally always closed due to plumbing issues or something else. The floors are nasty, rat traps exposed, expired product on the shelf, trash on the shelves, employees out of uniform and they don’t wear name tags, U -boats filled with product on the floor blocking their customer’s shopping experience and they play loud personal music at the register or on the sales floor. I was just in a few days ago and it was a old nasty beer can on the shelf. When you challenge the staff about incorrect pricing they refuse to adjust anything and blame their management. This whole store needs a revamp! They been needing it for years!
