Horrible experience today this is my second time this month I go into this store and experience racial discrimination by store manager RONDA THE STORE MANAGER SHE MENTIONED TO CALL CORPORATE!! By all means coming for a store manager myself I understand you have to conduct your job but there is a way to do such thing. Mrs.Ronna stopped me from purchasing my items today such a tissue paper and napkins because I was using coupons today I had a items that a coupon attached that she was no honoring with that being said only store doing this I asked to cancel so I can modify purchase she said okay with a very strong attitude and said to keep items separated since my mom 60 years old had payed for her order. She observed me carefully switch items to a different cart like I was a criminal going to steal why RONDA cause am Hispanic ? Continuing on I switched order so I was able to use a coupon Family dollar issues a different employee rings me up Mrs. STORE Manager comes and voids transaction saying it’s only one account per house hold am sorry but this is ridiculous I take care of my parents take them to do groceries it was a different number not the same household. If that was the case and you weren’t going to conduct the transaction why not tell me from the start. Please let’s just improve our customer service skills and let our employees know superior customer service is essentially when working with people specially people that are trying to just save a couple bucks in this economy please Mr. Mike district manager as another store let me know the information since she refused to give me the contact information very disappointing !!

I can give them a zero rating, I would. The staff is always rude and they never help you find your items. When you ask for assustance, they tell you if it's not on the shelf then we don't carry it. Today I asked for a product called CLR. She told me if I don't see it, they don't sell it. After going to another isle, I found it and showed it to her. She was very rude and I said I won't be back. Can't waste my money on bad service.

I don’t think these people like their job… I was standing at the cashier for 5 minutes… no one was there… Ronda came with bad attitude and on the phone ? no even apologized.

My items were in stock! This Family Dollar has products I've never seen in my community. What a shocker today. I told manager I have return to see all new brands they've advertised. My area is not far but, our stores does not have these things. Y? We have travel for good products.

Edit from last review. Manager is rude and employees are rude and always chatting and not working at times. This location did not honor any retailer coupons. They also had bags that had bite marks from mice. It's temporarily closed now.

Went in for a few cleaning supplies and found some amazing deals in clearance! The store was well stocked and the staff was helpful and friendly.
