The store is unorganized/messy. I was charged for a bag, I know they're cheap but that's not the point I brought my own bag, the cashier accused me that it was my fault because I did not state that I did not want a bag instead of the cashier asking me for the approval of the charge.

Family Dollar is like the Walmart in Forest Park we used to call the ghetto Walmart because they know nothing of customer service not all Family Dollar but it's a shame we have to go to certain areas to quality customer service
