?⛔️ Do NOT go to this store!!! ?⛔️Cashier tosses items into your purchase and TELLS u that you're buying it for her! When u refuse, she demands it! Total and complete BS. Ended up not buying anything just to avoid her confrontation. Not worth the headache for $3.
And that's the thanks I get for fixing the BATHROOMS - my company sent me to this hole to help them!
Manager was nice and did try to make up for the horrible cashier.

The employee looked out the door at 8am then continued to walk away. The store finally opened at 815. Then the store manager was rude and tell customers we can't open without cashier. Lies
The manager could cashier.

Most Family Dollar Employees In Urban Communities are majority women with attitudes and emotions being worn on their sleeves, this store isn't any different. Despite any unprovoked sassiness I may have encountered, the customer service is usually respectful but unprofessional at times. Overall this store is very convenient , I don't ever find the line to be too long or the wait to be anywhere near dramatic.

Family Dollar Website states the store is open till 10:00 p.m., I was there at 51 E 71st Street store at 9:28 p.m. on Wednesday December 14, and an employee comes to the door and says we’re closed to be out of here by 10 o clock what do you want we shut the registers down already, moronic at its best if you ask me !!! not to mention you never know the prices at this location because the shelves have different prices than what you are actually charged I never know what I’m going to spend or expect with this store since they open and close outside of the Website listed timesI had to edit my review because who closes at 9:28 p.m. sharp ya couldn’t wait till 9:30 p.m. like who planned 9:28 p.m.? I’m not the only person who was trying to get inall my life I had to fight but I never thought I had to fight bad shelf pricing and inaccurate store hours ??employees who decide to close early want to ask me what I want through the glass doorswhy ya sent ya man’s to the door like that?should’ve just pulled that aluminum gate down smh ya can’t even close early correct

The store had 1 cashier and I counted 4people in the isles stocking items. While 7 of us were in line. Smh.
