Employee very rude and had a attitude when I asked a question because I couldn’t hear him speak his answer the first time.

Went in Friday to put gas in my car. Put $20 on the pump wasn't sure if I was 3 or 4. Totally my mistake I said 3 to the attendant Juan. So I go to pump and it says insert card. Tried 2 or 3 times to pump the gas. Then I think oh man did I say the wrong pump. So I go around to the other side same thing. So I go back to original pump still says the same thing. I go inside to speak to Juan. He immediately was hostile. Saying go pump your gas it's going to time out. I was trying to explain to him it says insert card it's not allowing me. He then starts to shake balls his fist and raises it at me. I asked him what is your problem did you really just raise your fist at me. I said go ahead try and hit me. I tell him you do not raise your fist to no one. We go back and forth and I go out. Now that I go to the pump it says pre paid $20. I pump and I go back to apologize and explain to Juan why I came back in that the machine was not set for me to pump. He walked to the back and ignored me then when he came back out he began to berate me making comments about me. Again I told him he needs to be careful anyone else would have probably swung on him for aggressively raising his fist at them. He may have never hit my $20 on the machine i do not know I tried to be civil with this guy and he was totally out of line. This Exxon does not need an incompetent employee that does not know how to talk to customers and resorts to aggression and violence. I did make a report with Exxon corporate. I want to make sure no one has to deal with this aggressive and hostile person. Juan needs to go!!!

Had similar experience with bad customer service. Gentleman at the cashier could use some training as he was aggravated for no reason and told me to go somewhere else.
