Hector, our Zentro technician was very professional. We were having internet problems and he moved our hookup jack to a better location, reset our router and did thorough testing for maximum 5G speed.

Stay away from Zentro whatever you do if you work from home, if you're a gamer, or honestly if you like to stream anything of any sort. Internet goes out repeatedly throughout the day, and every time it rains without fail. I was paying additional money for 1000/mbps speed, come to find out after about 20 phone calls over a two month span that zentro didn't even install the necessary hardware that would allow me to get up to 1000mbps. Super nice people, but man the internet SUCKS. Constant packet loss, constant connection issues. STAY AWAY.

Our internet service has been out for three days (10/30 through 11/02/2024). Could not contact customer service for they were busy. When we finally did, the rep hung up in our face while we inquired for compensation. This is an
unprofessional and substandard service. I suppose one pays for good service.

Edwin was a lifesaver! I was in the middle of a critical meeting when my internet suddenly went down. I called for support and Edwin was incredibly helpful and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and guided me through the troubleshooting steps. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to get back online in no time, allowing me to continue my meeting without any further disruptions. Edwin's knowledge, patience, and promptness were truly impressive. I'm so grateful for his assistance!

I take everything back. Zentro is horrible; avoid it at all costs. Customer service and quality have downward spiraled since Everywhere Wireless's "reimagination." It's been reimagined into a company that doesn't return calls, provides spotty service, and overcharges its customers. Find a different ISP.
ORIGINAL POST (I must've been high):
Zentro is mega. I have its service at home and at my company; and it’s been way better for us than other ISPs that we had previously used - reliable and lightning fast.
Vernon and Ryan in particular were fantastic and got me up and running at my high-rise apt in Streeterville. They took the time to walk me thru the ZentroIQ app and to make sure I was good before leaving the premises.

I decided to take down my first bad review and give them another chance, but I think it’s important people who work from home and need reliable internet choose a different service provider. For the first several months they weren’t actually supplying us with the internet speeds we were paying for. Not a great start. The second issue, my internet went out on a Friday afternoon and there was no way to get in touch with them for days. Their website reported no service disruptions and I replaced all my internet equipment only to find it was a problem on their end. Next time my internet went out, I got ghosted by their tech for many hours. Finally get ahold of them and they tell me it was because they couldn’t reach our building manager to let them in. They didn’t try to contact me to get in, they just gave up. This week, my internet instability was so bad I missed multiple meetings. If you don’t work from home, maybe the savings will be worth it to you. But be aware their customer service mostly consists of apologizing and there is no after hours or weekend assistance.
