Jason, was extremely helpful and patient as I looked around and, made my decision. The sofa arrived early and I really love it! It is good craftsmanship and my experience with Ethan Allen was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Jason Wilder was very helpful as I chose new living room furniture. Using his computer, he placed all the furniture pieces on a to-scale rendering of the room, making sure that they would fit and leaving enough space for walking through the room. He was also very helpful choosing upholstery fabrics and wood stains. Decorating is not my strength, so his suggestions were especially welcomed.

We worked with Candace Taylor for the new design of our family room. First, she came over to see the space and then we met at the store a few times to finalize our purchase based on the designs she came up with. Her design and suggestions turned out to be perfect for us. We highly recommend her as a designer and are sure that you’ll find her friendly, a good listener and very knowledgeable. We have been long (25 year) fans of Ethan Allen! We recently had a design challenge with purchasing new furniture for our den/media room and Candace Taylor of the Ethan Allen Lincoln Park store came to our rescue pointing to the perfect piece, It arrived today and we LOVE it. I also want to thank the leader of the store Barbara Daar who is a true professional. I look forward to bringing my real estate clients to Candace to have her design their new homes!!!

Ethan Allen stands behind beautifully made furniture. I have been buying from them for years now. This review is really about outstanding service from design specialist Barbara and mover Felipe and his guys. I moved yesterday. To my horror the moving company we used couldn't get my couch up here. Nor would they spare me a minute to call EA. They left my leather couch 4 flights down in a hallway AFTER THEY SAWED THE LEGS OFF! Barbara came to immediate aid, effortlessly and graciously. I want everyone who has a business to have such gems like her and subsequently Felipe. He matched her kindness and concern. Barbara and Felipe asked for photos. And with just those images, made assessments and got my couch up here. Timely. Lovely people do to business with. Kind to me in tears. I would give those two a a million bucks if I could. They restored faith in customer service. Bravo. And hugs. Oh this is the store in Lincoln Park. Chicago.

I love Ethan Allen’s quality and highly recommend Teresa Taylor, the designer in the Chicago store. She was extremely helpful with my bedroom furniture purchase and her sense of style is fantastic. Her fabric selection for my upholstered bed looks perfect with the beautiful Valermo dresser and nightstands. She is very nice and was really attentive to my needs.

I will never go back to this store. The manager Teresa is the rudest person ever. No wonder she’s the only one who works there. She also spoke poorly about my old designer. Not setting a great example for Ethan Allen.

What a wonderful experience! Teresa Taylor went above and beyond coordinating the purchase and delivery of furniture for the living and dining rooms for our new place in town. She is nothing short of amazing. Everything about our experience was great from design ideas to choosing fabrics to sharing the room designs and communicating every aspect of our furniture. I will definitely work with Teresa when we are ready for our next project!
