On both pick up and drop off, the team at the Midway airport Enterprise was fantastic. Really went above and beyond with service as I was juggling traveling with two small kids -- helping with car seats, assisting with finding a luggage cart on the return, and selecting a car with ample trunk space. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise!

Enterprise booth was closed on the 1st floor. There was a a sign that said go to the 4th floor. We followed the arrow to the elevator, arrived to the Enterprise booth and Rahim greeted us right away. We had chosen the "pick me" option when we booked on line. But, my husband I saw the Jeep Wrangler's parked outside and asked if they were part of the "pick me" option. Rahim asked, and for a small fee per day they said yes we could. Totally worth it. In and out in 10min.

Service was not available on the 1st floor. The sign sent us to the 4th floor. Customer service was great. Mathew helped us and let me choose the van color. Overall the experience was great. We were in and out in about 15 minutes.

This past weekend I traveled to Chicago. The customer service at Enterprise Car Rental was amazing to me. The customer support person “KA” welcomed me and the other customer's. The Rava 4 was perfect felt for me and thanks again Chicago Midway Airport Enterprise.

The customer service here was on point. The agent, Takisha, had plenty of options to choose from and she was the most pleasant person. She got me going and out quickly. The car was perfect and no issues.

Terrible service provided on Thanksgiving Day at this Enterprise. No vehicles were available and no attempts were made to resolve the issue. No calls were made or any attempt of communicating that there were no vehicles at this location, prior to my arrival. I was not the only person their (with a reservation) for approximately 2 1/2 hours waiting. The staff was extremely unprofessional laughing and enjoying themselves as we waited. I contacted Enterprise and explained the poor service received on that day and I've yet to get a call back from the manager of this location. I am a Gold Tier customer but I will no longer be renting from Enterprise.

I would like to preface this by saying that I understand renting a car on a large national holiday like Thanksgiving is always playing with fire. But as was explained in the television program "Seinfeld" - You take the reservation to hold the car!Landed at Midway around 1 PM Central on Thanksgiving Thursday, Nov 23rd 2023. Got to the Enterprise main desk on the 1st floor and they took my payment and directed me upstairs "oh, it's about a 10 minute wait!" Get to the 4th floor and am told I am 11th in line with a 40 minute wait. I wait with my girlfriend for 35 of those minutes and watch all the people in line keep going in to ask about updates to their reservation and the only car that came up was a Ford Mustang. The one (I stress this, ONE) woman in a pink turtleneck sweater working a computer and trying to help all of these people was very courteous under duress. During the 35 minute wait, I came in to ask if any other Enterprises were open in the city that I could Uber to and get a car (only other one was O'Hare). While waiting in the line, I see and hear 3 other Enterprise employees standing just around the doorway from the waiting room and one of them uttered out "That's not my job" to some prompt that I don't recall. I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure that in front of at least 11 parties waiting for a car that an employee was caught saying "that's not my job" they'd be walked out on the spot at most other businesses.So with that image fresh in my mind, I went down to the Avis/Budget office down on floor 3. I am a Budget Fastbreak customer and asked if they had cars available. In FIVE MINUTES using my app and stepping back from the counter (and paying the HOLIDAY LAST SECOND rate for renting a car) I had keys IN MY HAND. So I come back upstairs (around 2:30 PM) to collect my girlfriend after packing and locking this car, I find that one party was given a GMC Yukon that sat behind the office for the last 45 minutes with no explanation, a 4-door Toyota truck had just been brought up, and the 3 non-working Enterprise employees became 4 and now they all had teas/coffees to drink while standing there not helping anyone. One of the other customers (an elderly man with a USA hat on) had come up and asked about how they were getting cars ready. While trying to engage the employee, the man was ignored since another customer's puppy started barking and the employee was too busy cooing at the dog, then turned to the man and said "No one else has any cars available". That was my breaking point.Loudly in front of the entire office I explained to him that I just went downstairs to Budget and got a car in 5 minutes. The ONE turtlenecked employee (the one actually working, remember her?) said "Really? You got a car? You got keys in hand?" I pulled them out, held them aloft and exclaimed "Damn right I do! And the only reason I am here is to get my charges reversed and leave!" To her credit, she did cancel my charge and wished me a happy Thanksgiving.Again, renting a car or any amount of travel outside of driving yourself during a major holiday does present a chance of failure. It's how you recover from a failure that defines you and your client's experiences. Given that there were 4 bodies in that office unwilling to go down and rotate cars up is the definition of a full failure of service. It should be noted during my time in the Avis/Budget office the floor below, once those ladies cleared that room, the extras were out ROTATING CARS UP. A novel concept! I also get that it sucks to work on major holidays. But my time is important too, and your business' failure to see that has earned you this review. I will be directing my company's spend away from Enterprise in the future.

Agent at the counter was exceptional and then I got to the young lady that provided me my car...outstanding customer service from them both. Even the person that let you out of the garage was fast and friendly and offered to show features of the vehicle. No surprise with the great service at Enterprise?

Rent here and you will not be disappointed. A better selection of cars than most locations, and the staff is phenomenal and quick. They care about making sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase before leaving.

Flew into MDW for a work conference and needed a rental car. We booked via Enterprise and once landed shuttled to get the car. Service at the desk was great as the young men moved the line quickly and are friendly and funny. We went upstairs to get the car and were greeted by Bre aka Breezy. Breezy was so hospitable and had us laughing while trying to find a car. She gave us some tips and tricks on what to see, do or shop. She was dope and deserves some recognition.

The folks are really nice and there customer services are awesome. I have nothing but kind words and a superb customer services experience from Colin and his team including Jeannine and Kayla who went out of their way to help us arrange the car. The team waited for us after their official closing time and went above and beyond to help us out since we were new to an electric van. I am definitely recommending them in the future and wish them all the best. God bless the nice folks running the office.

The customer service I received today was outstanding. The line moved quickly. Myesha was efficient and professional at the front desk. Caleb was friendly and accommodating when helping me select a vehicle. He provided the address on his business card so I knew exactly where to return my rental which was extremely helpful.
