The reason of this review is just to highlight the poor quality of care to the vehicles , poor safety and cleanliness of the units, rent twice both with simple maintenance that should not be there , if only just only someone from the maintenance department could do in 3 minutes of their time. Poor quality care.Kudos for the great service I had for the two representatives at the desk . Thank you for the great work you do.

When my car was in the shop due to a car accident, Enterprise was more than happy to assist me. I really appreciate Julisa! She was outstanding! Definitely appreciate the company and will rent again!

This is the second time within the last few months this has happened. They show cars available online but when you show up there is non available. Poor customer service In general.

I spoke with a representative today and produced all of my information as well as a priority code to get a hold of a rental for today. Afterwards she assured me that I would be receiving a phone call from the Kedzie location when i could pick up my rental. After some time passed I became suspicious that I have not yet gotten that phone call, so I decided to call them. The representive there informed me that she never received any such information (which hours prior should have been relayed to her) and that she had no vehicles available for me. This is not the only time I have had to experience such incompetence with this company. I won't share the other instances because i don't want to waste anymore of my time with them.

it took 12 minutes for the office to answer and when the person answered today at 3pm of January 9 2023, told me that they did not any vehicles until Thursday. So I have to call other locations to see if they have vehicles. I did call because my car is being repaired so if it was for leisure I am not sure if the result would be different or not. Will try another place.

Worst service ever. If I could give zero stars I would. First started off by me waiting two hours at a body shop b&L for an enterprise to come pick me up for a vehicle that was a two hour wait. Only to be told by the manager that I had a balance due from four years ago that I though was resolved ( according to the manger of enterprise in 2019). I was never updated that it indeed never resolved until today in 2022. Instead of helping the customer out the manger decided to take the customers behind me due to the fact that he stated “ my situation was going to take a long time”. So now not only have I been the first customer waiting for service. Only to have the manger deal with everyone else in front of me. I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional service to the customers.

This is the place that works with B&L Auto, so this is where the rental car I needed was from when B&L was doing some work on my car. I got there and they didn't have any information about a car. That was really annoying, meant I had to run interference with my insurance company after I had already called a week prior to ensure that there was a rental request in place for me, and it also made me late for a meeting since it took an extra 20-30 minutes. I will admit that I was not my best self, and it was not likely Enterprise's fault as much as B&L, so I was probably more snippy with Evan than I should have been. He got me squared away as soon as he could, and gave me what was apparently an upgrade to an Infiniti for the price of a lower cost rental since that's what was available when I was there. I didn't notice a small crack in the lower right windshield because we went through the walkthrough quickly and it was too dark to see into that corner whilst we were there. When I called on the way home to report having missed it whilst there, they had me text photos to a number and made note of it in the rental documentation. They seem to be constantly busy... getting them to answer their phone is a Herculean task, in that you have to have the fortitude to stay on the line for literal hours. When I was there there were four of us and they had just finished up with someone else. When I had to call to extend my rental, I was on hold for over 16 minutes. After I returned the car I needed to talk with them because someone T-boned me a couple days before it was returned, and I needed to provide Enterprise the claim number; I waited over an hour and finally gave up because although I called around 4:30 on a Wednesday, I think they closed at 5 (though the hold message never changed whilst I was on hold). The following day, I called in the 9 o'clock hour and was on hold again for over an hour. Both of these times I'm almost certain someone picked up and immediately placed me back on hold, because there is a recording that loops and there was a brief interruption with the sound of a phone coming off a cradle--that kind of clacking sound you hear. When I called Friday (the third day in a row), it was picked up originally and I was immediately put on hold. It was later picked up again after about nine minutes and out immediately on hold again.

I left some parking permit stickers and a hat in my rental car when I returned it. I called to see if I could get those back and the person I spoke with claims they were not there. I guess christmas came early to the thief who cleaned out my car. Typical.
