Where do I begin? Valerie and Jasmine are beyond exceptional. The level of customer service and standing on business is unmatched. Everything that I requested or asked it was delivered and with a smile. The upfront and no BS attitude was something that I truly appreciated and wished more people in a customer driven business would adapt. They made my first used car purchase experience seamless and truly top notch. We bought a car from this dealership and were very satisfied with our experience. Our salesman and the manager provided excellent customer service and we enjoyed the stress-free absence of high-pressure sales tactics. Melissa was a god send! She was very informative about the car I was interested in. She went out her way to help me get a money order because I brung cash. She was extremely funny! She made my car buying experience less stressful and painful. Other dearships would have you sitting there all day. She was straightforward and had me driving off the lot within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend others to visit her. And I will definitely come back for my future car purchases as long she’s there. John was extremely nice and helpful too. I couldn’t leave him out, imagined being tagged team with niceness, Melissa and John is that team! I love them from the bottom of my heart

Nice enough staff. When speaking with Enterprise, I specified a specific car with make, model, trim and year I wanted to buy. I was told they had some of those cars...not 1 car, but cars as with an s. Made an appt to visit next day. Appt confirmed earlier in the day. Drove 20 mins to Enterprise. Was told they had no cars that I had specified and that they told me they had. Then they asked if I had any flexibility to consider cars that were similar. I left. That's totally unfair to a customer.

I suffered a total vehicle loss while I was out of town on business. After pushing through the trauma of that experience, the last thing I wanted to do was begin the search for a replacement vehicle and spend hours or days at car dealerships trying to haggle pricing that would fit in my budget. Enterprise was my first stop and they made the process so swift and easy it made my head spin.
I was helped by Andres, who is new to the Sales Team at the Western location. He was so personable and friendly and made me feel like i was in good hands. With the help of his supervisor, I was able to easily run my credit and see what my options were for loans so that once my insurance check came in, I was ready to sign and drive. They handled registration, new plates, and everything else I was too stressed out to think about at the time. Andres has a bright future with this organization and I wish him all the luck in his new career.

I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issues I have been experiencing with the vehicle I purchased from Enterprise.On Monday, March 25, 2024, I contacted Representative Jasmine to report that the headlight of the vehicle was malfunctioning, making it unsafe for me to drive at night. After providing the necessary information and sending a picture of the faulty headlight on the same day, I was informed that the manager responsible for approving repairs would be back in the office on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.Despite my repeated attempts to follow up with Jasmine, I have yet to receive a response or any update on the matter. I took the initiative to have a professional inspect the issue, and I was informed that it is an electrical problem that needs immediate attention.The safety concerns I have regarding the vehicle are paramount. Driving without both headlights operational poses a significant risk, and I am disheartened by the lack of urgency in addressing this issue. Furthermore, this is the second instance of a major problem with the vehicle in a relatively short period, which has greatly inconvenienced me.Given the substantial investment made in purchasing the vehicle from Enterprise, I find the current level of customer service and resolution unsatisfactory. I kindly request an immediate inspection of the vehicle and necessary repairs to ensure its safe and proper functioning.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

The communication was not great. I'm so upset that I don't know where to begin. All the waiting, ripping, and running, just to end with someone over talking me and trying to fast talk me as well.
