I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Chicago Nordstrom's. My stylist was Will Manuel and he truly went above and beyond at helping me find what I needed and make recommendations. Will even kept my headphones safe when I rushed out of the store to a business meeting and forgot them! Wow, what a great store.

It's near my hotel and my inner voice said "walk back out. Your wallet doesn't need this". Seriously best Nordstrom! Customer service is amazing, store is well organized, and buyers have impeccable taste.

Ken did an outstanding job as customer service on the fourth floor. My package was bulky and he wrapped it up with a coworker so I could carry it on the bus and more. He needs a raise!
